He has no other defense, the evidence against him is overwhelming.

Still waiting to see any evidence of anything he did wrong.

How can she not have "a bearing on the case", as you proclaim?
It has been 7 years of the same thing......
How can some of you not see it?

CoyoteAngels believes that a photo of the clerk with Schumer means that the clerk will actively work against Trump for Schumer's interests. I'm not sure why your her representative. I simply asked her if she believes that any photo with someone means they will actively work in whatever legal capacity they have to advance those interests. If so, we have a very big problem well beyond this case.

I really don’t care what anyone else “believes “.
Freedom of expression is a basic civil right.
The fact that you people want to suspend civil rights based on politics is disgusting.
You get to own that totalitarianism.

Sure... if you call saying she was 'palling around' with Schumer (the picture made it clear she was) an attack.. It isn't.

called her out by name

Oh my, the horrors!

and posted a link to her social media.

I do know, with 100% certainty, is that in the good ol' US of A, it is illegal to threaten and intimidate court staff.

Well, since he didn't do either of those, what, exactly, is your point?

Lol... Even the DoJ mods put him in time out. Mods discipline you if you DOX and post, he should know that.

But you could add WHY Trump posted that. He was trying to prove his conspiracy theory. By Doxing a trial-involved court worker he could show connections that will confirm the bias he needs, and needs other too see, that the trial is a farce.

"A court worker is posing with the senate majority leader. This proves my bias, this is all a political stunt!"

Many will side with him, that is an objective.

On a side note, I want to do an AI version of this in Trump's voice. I think that's legal.

Seriously though, Apply these lyrics from Trump's perspective. It totally works, just replace "TRL" with Fox News, and ignore the 2nd verse.

vulgar free speech warning

They definitely share an archetypal social persona. And when applied to Trump there's actually LESS hyperbole.

So Trump doxxed the clerk, but the article states the name , “Trump had posted a photo of Engoron’s principal law clerk, Allison Greenfield, posing with Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., at a public event. “ Whom doxxed whom?

And the article goes on to say, “Trump, the Republican front-runner for president in 2024” …surely doesn’t jive with how unelectable and miserable his numbers are. In my best Vinnie Barbarino voice, “I’m sooooo confuuuuused”

No one is disputing trumps numbers in a Republican primary but when it comes to general his chances don’t look good at all.

When you don’t have Dominion on your side, no one’s chances are good.

I'm sorry this is just major cope. Trump has broken the Republican party and turned the party into a bunch of losers who want to be victims. So much for all that winning which would lead to people being tired of winning that Trump talked about. The party is about to run an ex president who had historically low approval ratings who's spending a ton of campaign cash on legal issues so we deserve what's likely going to happen.

After Bush did a bunch of damage to the party and most people thought it would be some time before Republicans would take back power the party could of easily became defeatist instead they put the work in and turned things around much quicker than they should of. It's much easier to scream cheating then putting in actual work and running quality candidates to win elections. I get the mindset because it's much easier to be a defeatist victim than doing what it takes to win elections especially when it's even harder now that multiple state Republican parties are in dire condition. Trump supporters think 2016 was some great win when the truth is Clinton was one of the weakest candidates either party has ran in quite some time and that was before even taking into account Clinton was dealing with an investigation.

Except status quo Republicans didn't do all the work, Republicans/right leaning individuals ranging from the center-right to right wing on the political spectrum deserve praise for turning things around. Everyone who even slightly leans right should praise them (that also includes those evil status quo republicans) because they had a hand in making sure Obama didn't have a rubber stamp for all his agenda.

And Trump has already violated the gag order. When he made the post about the clerk it was also posted on his webpage. While the original Truth post was removed, it was never removed from the webpage.

Meidas Touch brought attention to this yesterday, which in turn brought it to the attention of the AG, who brought it to the attention of the judge.

Engoron addressed it first thing in court today. He asked Trump's lawyers why he shouldn't issue severe sanctions on their client or even send him to prison. Their only excuse was that it was an accident but Engoron wasn't having any of it. He said he'll deliberate on it and have a decision by the end of the day.

Trump gets a $5000 fine. If it happens again I'm sure Engoron won't be as lenient.

Donald Trump reached into his left pocket and handed judge Endogroin $10,000 today, for violating some gag order.

After getting back to the hotel this evening, the former/next President proceeded to describe how the case is coming apart, and how mentally ill Judge Endogroin and AG Letitica James are...

The New York State Attorney Generals case against me is DEAD, but the Radical Left Judge REFUSES to end it.

He just can’t let it go.

Their “star” witness lied like a dog on the stand today, and then admitted that I did NOTHING WRONG!

A total SleazeBag.

Letitia James should focus on Violent Crime, which is out of control. So unfair. I don’t even get a Jury Trial.

A blight on the New York State Judicial System. Businesses are watching all over the world, and never coming in, only moving out. The Governor should get involved.

Election Interference by my Political Opponent!

He's scared and he doesn't hide it well at all.

Political persecution isn't a good look for the Democrats; especially when fighting a narrative that they are antisemitic, and week on skyrocketing crim, as well as residing over a terrible economy that is squeezing a large part of their base.
