Some polls say that Trump leads others say he is unelectable

Lots of polls and articles are starting to surface and they are as polarizing as the man himself. Some say he is clearly in the lead while others say he is unelectable, has too much baggage, too old (but not as problematic as Biden) and they should pick someone new.

We aren’t in full election mode in my state (yet) but I can say from what I’ve read (not my opinion but what i’ve read) any hopefulness for Desantis is evaporating and people are going back to giving Trump the republican lead. I do feel that all fervor on both sides is down and people are pretty much sick of politics. We are a swing state and I think we are going to be inundated very soon.

I’ve also am reading a lot about “if” Biden doesn’t run. It appears his health, his numbers, his age is just too much. They are already naming some hopefuls…It appears they are gently putting the possibility out…

On a woo woo conspiracy note, I did see a prediction on who would be the next president. It was a woman but didn’t look like Harris at all…

As much as I hate Trump: The word "unelectable" is meaningless.
Whoever the people vote in, is electable. He's the same Trump he was the first time people elected him.
What Trump is, is kinda dumb and an obvious textbook Narcissist, and those are major weaknesses to have in a leader.
We COULD elect him, but please don't.
Please vote for Kennedy instead. He does not have those character defects, and actually IS anti-establishment, and the CIA had his dad killed, so he has a motive to actually change things, unlike Trump.

Let's be better together. Let's try something new for once.

That's simply the opinion of that ONE PERSON, telling you they don't like the candidate.
Unfortunately half the segments on broadcasts these days are Op Eds disguised as news.
It's meaningless. Just ignore the bloviating talking heads and vote for whoever supports the policies that are most important to you, and I'll do the same.
That's what we all need to do.

But I still hope you'll vote Kennedy.

The establishment is terrified because they know more and more people aren't buying their BS anymore.

I don't see why the elections are always a grandstanding contest between several people.

I say we change everything up:

We always have people with need for power fill our presidential office and congressional seats. What we NEED, in my opinion, is the people who want to do it the LEAST. If we're not dragging someone to office, kicking and screaming, then we're doing it wrong.

Those people don't have time for BS and games.

That's what happens when you have a 2 party system.

You end up voting for the lesser of 2 evils, policies be damned.

We should go back to the old ways, where the candidate with the most votes becomes president and the runner up becomes vice president.

You're correct in your observations; the polls are all over the place. Maybe the "voters" are all over the place.

It's probably way to early in the process to figure anything out at this point. Wasn't Trump just found guilty of fraud? I don't know, but he's got a lot of legal problems.

One thing that occured to me yesterday is that it appears to me that we're seeing something of a head fake on the part of the polls. Remember that almost all of the polling companies/institutions, etc., are not independent. They work for "The Party", (Democrat) and as such are part of the "influence" mechanisms used by the Party. As a result the polls are massaged to produce the poll result the Party wants.

What's a bit strange in this cycle is that the Pollsters are reporting weakness on the part of Biden which tells me that the Hilary/Obama DNC doesn't want Biden to run. Otherwise, the Polls would show Biden with huge approval rating and big lead in the election. So, something is up with that and I posit that the DNC is telegraphing to the Party Political Machine Operatives, (the Super Delegates) that alternatives are acceptable and the most acceptable will be telegraphed to the Operatives in the very near future. Put another way, they are telegraphing that there's going to be some kind of flip/flop in the near future but the "In-Fighting" isn't over and I cant guess what the outcome will be.

As to the opposition? The GOP is toast.

On the evening news last night they showed poll results where Trump and Biden are running neck and neck at 46%. I LMAO; there's no way there are enough ignorant people of voting age to think for even a nanosecond that Biden is a viable candidate.

My apologies to all the idiots who think Biden is a good president-and my deepest synpathy for your serious mental health issues.

YES! I would also add, that with the internet now, we might be able to figure out a safe and secure way to simply allow the citizens to vote on legislation themselves, and bypass or eliminate a lot of this bloated political structure, and I honestly don't know why this isn't being talked about more. If we could figure out the cybersecurity aspect, it'd be ideal.
But until then, I whole heartedly agree with you.

For one, it's too early to really get any kind of accurate polling down.

The other thing you need to remember is that as more and more young people come of voting age and as more and more Boomers die off, the polls are going to get more and more inaccurate unless the pollsters change their methods.

Most Zoomers won't even answer their phone for a number they know, let alone one they don't.

I think the poll numbers for everyone are just generated by a malfunctioning dot matrix printer.

Coincidentally I'm convinced that's the same method they use to determine congressional district boundaries.

You know what’s weird, I’ve been able to predict the presidency with an uncanny accuracy.. I predicted Trump on his first go and everyone laughed in my face (some of it is in the history here) I predicted Biden and people laughed in my face (it’s in here too) both of them well before the elections… This time.. nothing, I got nothing.

I look at polls differently than what most people do. I don’t take them as fact, but more of how those in power want to sway people. Sometimes things are put out knowing people will do/like the opposite..

Polls are about as trustworthy as the source that publishes them. In other words, NOT.

What we should be focused on as much as the next president, is the house and senate. We need people who are willing to go up against the administrative state and dismantle it, bringing it back under control.

The ones who are controlling the narrative right now (progressives they call them) are so evil, so corrupt that they know that if their crimes are ever exposed they will go down in flames.
