Frequency plays a significant role in our understanding of the universe.

And the link between vibration and matter a fundamental concept in physics and chemistry.

The ability to control and manipulate the frequency at which things vibrate would have numerous practical applications across various fields of science and technology.

Not just as a weapon or to control minds.

Interesting. I've said for years that we shouldn't be worrying about nuclear war, but a weapon that will lower the human frequency which is around 6hzt. lowering the human frequency/vibration basically turns you into jelly.
I noticed in the article they are exactly talking of that.

Putting aside the mind control aspects for a moment.

If we could control frequency and vibration in conjunction with temperature and pressure.

We would pretty much be able to control, or at least severely influence, the state of matter.

Think of the things we could build and construct, or the materials we could produce.

LRAD (Long-Range Acoustic Device) been in use for awhile now.

then there's suppose to be research into USW (Ultra Sonic Weapons) that damage to do damage to your internal organs.

It's a well-known theory i suppose.

Not quite sure as to how much stock i would place in such all the same.

I seem to recall hearing about Tibetan monks allegedly being able to use sound waves and vibrations/frequencies produced via chanting, the blowing of trumpets, and the use of drums.

Whilst sitting in a particular formation(square or circle), being able to levitate rocks and/or even guide them into place.

In this day of age we are able to make small objects levitate via acoustic levitation.

But it's a far cry from being able to manipulate actual matter, people on the other hand are indeed susceptible to particular frequencies and elf waves which has been know for quite a while.

I seem to recall hearing something about special forces using hand-held weapons that emit certain light patterns and ultrasonic sounds which can render people targeted sick as a dog in a similar manner to the likes of the sick sticks we see in the movie Minority Report.

Can't seem to recall where i heard/read it all the same.

i can't seem to find the articles i read on USW's, my recollection is they have done studies on rats and it caused damage to lungs, heart, brain, nervous system, and muscles.

there also speculation that Havana Syndrome is caused by USW's.

Think the weapon im on about was of nonlethal sorts.

And did not cause permanent nerve or tissue damage.

On further reflection, i think it may have been on one of the older Art Bell radio shows that i heard it being discussed.

Some might conclude this is a fanciful tale, its on point that in 1930 someone was writing that the tptb were manipulating us on Earth with electronic frequencies long before our current wifi soup.
