Look at the general public's reception to immigration in Europe. Some of the countries are just now finally starting to go against it. People can apparently be conditioned to get used to anything. Don't want to be called a racist? You better not say a word about a horde of immigrants coming to your country. New Yorkers are escaping to other states, they are purchasing homes where we live in northern NJ, just a few miles from New York City. Something unheard of and which just started in the last few years.
They are also moving down south.
With their taxpayers moving out, look what NY will be left with.
