I could see where there might be something or things out there that are in the area of (at least attempted) detection of those (plural) who are, say, not 100% human, but the OP's idea is just another (albeit interesting) angle at the same old monotheism. Nice story. You should write a sci-fi novel.
However, nobody with a quarter rationale mind would believe the CIA have had an AI for years that tracks everything we do, and every thought. Only a child would believe such a thing. Or a wishful thinker.
Even if your novel had an AI that was a million years in advance to us, unless that computer is God, it would not be omnipotent. Being omnipotent would require you to be in teh space of all things at all times presently. And you postulate this is true in 2023? When we can't even make a videogame without bugs?

I'm sure our creator is much more kind than I. Being kind comes from strength. I am afraid of dumb people, so I am not that strong. And I enjoy a good laugh at anothers expense. Hey, they paid for it! And I too have paid for a good laugh from time to time.

TBH, I think you are doing some kind of online experiment to see how many people you fool, and if you are able to get a certain set of responses. Pretty clever. This is the right place to cast such a net and expect to catch some fish.

Have you read Julian May's Intervention and the Galactic Milieu series or the Saga of Pliocene Exile? She based some of what she wrote on the writings of a Jesuit Priest named Teilhard de Chardin. He wrote about stuff like this.

K so I'd like to ask questions in regards to the CIA's tendency for
deception as it persists in common knowledge. However it appears
the OP might well have been black bagged or suicided or may just
be locked up in the 5th dimension trip'n with the Reptoids. IDK

So a simple comment will have to suffice.

I was raised in an environment that taught me a great deal about the
people running this world. And I reached a conclusion by study over a
good amount of time. Since reaching this conclusion I've never come
across a single piece of information, no arguement no debate. Never
a single reason that has cast doubt on my conclusion.

To the contrary I can report that after close to thirty years of study,
awareness, paying close attention. I found constent reinforcement and
mostly very consistent coroboration to my findings. In much the same
way I find the OP is further confirmation. Albeit just as arguable.

All this as those running this world by their phenomenal wealth
power and prestige. The possessors of old weath as well as new. Are
also in possession of a history and knowledge carefully guarded as
their own. So much so that if this secret by any means ends up in
the wrong head? If it's a given there's a possibibity of verifiable
valid revelation. Then without doubt it will cost them their head.

The CIA is just a long reaching arm of these powerful elite bloodlines.
That know God absolutely exists and their history includes the many
detailed accounts of their war with him. From mans deepest past
and ongoing to this day. And yes even back to the garden. The Bible
refers to them as the wicked. As they are the bloodline that breeds
liars, psycopaths, murderers and pedophiles. They occupy all the seats
of power in this world unchallenged.They simply kill any opposing

They are human but not like we who are of the Creator. They're
here with no chance of redemption and know very well their ultimate
fate. And that they can't escape it. Thus their seething hate for our
Father in Heaven, humanity, the Earth and really all of Creation. They've
perpetuated the lie that deceives millions today. That God does not exist,
Jesus was just a myth.

This lie was perpetuated in schools of learning to engulf the whole
world with an anti gospel. Which serves a number of purposes but most
importantly. It opens the door for themselves to be worshiped in God's
stead. When they set themselves up in the temple of God, claming they
are God to be worshiped by us as if they were God.

At that time mankind can choose to worship them or they can dte. As
we've seen thru thousands of years they don't care which one we choose.
Just that we do choose. Many of you often wonder, why the people who run
this world have always made promises, to the common agenda? Only to move
forward in a direction that seems senseless. Not at all in the direction of
what was promised.

Also for those who might wonder why I'm not dead? It's because it xan't be

GATE program started in 4th grade for us. Separate room without windows off the cafeteria. Flash memory tests and mythology. We used the 1st Apple computers. One of my classmates became an FBI agent another worked on the Mars Rover.

I got attacked on the street one evening in the City and the same 2 thugs who knocked me out and stole my keys showed on an empty street as I was walking to the city diner to call AAA to tow my vehicle. I finally reported it to the FBI. They said the socialists were trying to recruit me, lol. Shared experiences of ultra dimensional/Ghost activity included sleep paralysis with archetypal dreams and seated meditation with a group of 5 people.. pressure change and tones that we all felt simultaneously. 2 of the participants were students of Tom Brown, Jr. Precognitive dreams came heavy in the 2009-10 timeframe regarding a 'new Pearl Harbor' with scenes of Bronze Age collapse, return to pre-Industrial, subsistence living.. Olduvai theory, mass migration from Africa and what I saw as a catastrophic attack or EQ in a Senate City (Istanbul, turkey or Rome, Italy). The next phase appears to be some kind of radiation event involving Israel, a Neo-con "cattle drive" and Cesium.. nuclear threat as next emergency declaration?

Not contesting almost all you wrote. But wouldn't NSA be more likely to have the most advanced AI?

Agree 4chan is crazy as hell but that’s where I ended up when researching gifted programs and high intelligence and mind control stuff. Gifted classes in the 90’s before “high functioning autism” was a thing, was full of people like me who end up on sites like these wondering why they’re drawn to this stuff.

What’s true is that there’s powers invested in finding kids with a certain type of mind and sticking them in a program that sounds altruistic just like everything else the government puts forth but we all know now that nothing is what it seems, so what is/was the program for?

There’s some truth here. I personally don’t think it’s been fully understood or realized, yet.
