I like crazy mind reading conspiracies, but this is every conspiracy about psychological operations, matrix theories, remote viewing, last star fighter theology, specific biblical eschatology narratives, sky net technology, and supernatural abilities rolled into one.

I see through the door and it's everywhere at once. So, yes, some clarification would be nice.

That's what I thought when I first read it. I too often throw out high strange ideas for projects, for the feed back. Testing the waters for when the strike ends. Every SAG, IATSE person I know has something cookin.

This sounds like speculation to me, but it is a great thought experiment.

Uh huh and despite this all powerful AI knowing everyone's thoughts and desires, you are able to expose it.

It's interesting. But I would take issue with the plot's religious premise. It's a hard angle to work in the CIA + Anglicized Christian eschatology + skynet. You have to work around the complete and total hypocrisy of a government agency devoting resources to a singular line of theology. Weird for the country that doesn't write the word God once in its own constitution to suddenly have a program to find the true Messiah with an expensive spy network.

You have to convince the audience that the United States has a theological purpose. I know the people who wrote the constitution were all deists and freemasons but I still think it's a stretch. Like it's purpose is to try to paint The United States as an absolute Christian nation at the very top.

That goes for pretty much any of the government sponsored holy war narratives.

You're much more sophisticated in that aspect of screenwriting than I am. But I don't think you have to convince the audience of much of anything; I'm still getting residuals from stuff that no one could possibly want to watch.
I've only written a few shorts, concept pieces. and 3 feature length. Every actor thinks they can write; I'm no exception.
It's therapeutic.

The CIA operates globally and handles a lot of the foreign intelligence for the US, so such a search wouldn't just be US based.

God could incarnate anywhere and into any, or no religion, so this type of search wouldn't just be a Christian thing either. Some Hindus believe that Krishna is the incarnate of God and Buddhist believe that they can find their reincarnated Dalai Lama over and over again.

Some people believe that we are all part and parcel of the Supreme Personally of Godhead. Maybe we are searching for ourselves.

Or you could look at this from another angle and realize that gifted people, likely including children, are sought after by intelligence agencies around the world.
