Once my GF and I were driving down old Highway 44 and along the fence line was a green glowing orb pacing us.

Later I asked my GF if she remembered that incident; she said yes but you weren't there; she swore it was Linda that was with her. I'm not linda and I remember it....

idk.....sometimes I think we are actually living in a matrix simulation and occasionally there is a data glitch. The cosmos is much more complicated than humans can understand with their primitive idea of physics and reality.

This is only one of my high strange experiences.

But you do remember to be with your girlfriend but not other way around. That's very strange but there are many strange things happening in this world.

Back in 2006, my girlfriend and I were driving from Lincoln, NE to Omaha, NE. Quick drive, maybe 35-45 minutes. We were on I-80 eastbound. There was an odd blue light in the sky which my girlfriend pointed out. I looked at it and saw a bright blue flash followed by what looked like a reverse Z patterned light trail, bottom right to top left.

We didn't think much of it, oddly. We arrived at our destination without making any stops nearly 4 hours later. I only remember this because someone mentioned missing time to me years later. I only remember her asking how it was so late. We never really talked about it. It still feels dumb to mention it. Like, it wasn't meant to be talked about.

We should definitely talk about this.

Thanks for sharing your story - it makes me think how many of us actually experienced missing time.

I heard it's common to forget about missing time incidents unless reminded. Unfortunately I have few further details or proof other than ridicule for bringing it up and having a witness to the event. I wonder if she remembers it. If something comes to mind I'll certainly post it.

The weirdest part was I was driving on the interstate. I never left my car. We saw it, saw the maneuver and flash, never spoke about it other than the confusion of how it was dark already, and life went on. I still feel foolish for bringing it up, but it was indeed bizarre.

Please don't feel foolish, this is very important to get out in the open.

If everybody is afraid then we won't evolve. You are very brave for sharing this!

Let's hope that one day people can just openly talk about this without the fear of ridicule - because that really is the only way we can investigate.

I had close encounters of the 8th, 9th and 10th kind, whatever those would be. I was abducted for decades, my family too, some more than others.

The frequency of their visitation/kidnapping might surprise some of you, between the three of us who were taken the most, our abductions number in the hundreds. On top of everything else you have going on in your life, we had to deal with these highly intelligent relatively evil monsters that we call aliens. They took so many hours from us, and just about everything else. And every time they took us, they altered our minds to suit what they'd have us rather not remember. How significant are the missing parts? I remember quite a lot, but it's usually the heads and tails of the abduction. Before they really put you under, depending on what they brought you in for.

There is too much to tell, in a forum like this, when the aliens become a constant presence in your life. I'll never true the true extent of their chicanery and meddling in my life, because their mind control is extremely effective, in general terms. I'll never know the half of it. So how many hours are missing out of my life? It angers me, to screw with my mind, with who I am. And who I could have been. I coulda been a contender.

It takes a real toll on relationships too, man, let me tell you. But anyway. You asked about the encounters themselves, not to hear an old man complain about persistent galactic a-holes. My experiences were with the Greys.
I never know whether to spell grey with an 'a' or an 'e'. I usually go with 'e'.

If you're wondering what they look like, you might also be surprised that the overall zeitgeist pop culture image of a grey is sometimes very accurate. Which is odd, because most people think they aren't real, but they'll sure know a Grey when they see one. And there are some very distinctly different types of Greys I've known; short, tall, in-between. Fishbelly-white, tan, or grey. Wrinkled like the face of a tortoise, or smooth enough to look like plastic. Then the Mantis types, the bosses. They are creepy insects, with an attitude with humans that makes Palpatine seem warm. They make threats. To kids like me. They relish their power from behind the scenes usually, but I've met one who even the tall greys I was with were kind of frightened of. I wasn't supposed to have seen him, but I did, as the greys were marching me to somewhere else. The mantis demanded they bring me back to him. "He saw me! Bring him here!"
it seemed like the greys knew that things could go really wrong for me in this moment, and I remember clearly they tried to cover for me. "Oh, this one? He's pretty much out of it, I don't think he saw you, we're just getting him back home, so.." And the Mantis knew they were being protective of me and said - telepathically of course, they were telepathic only - "He SAW me! I saw in his mind he was looking right at me. Bring him!" And the greys turned me around and 'whispered' for me to keep my mouth shut, that this guy was not one I could be impolite to. Long story short, he beckoned me, he leaned in and got right in my face, and started with the "Forget! You never saw my face! Do you understand me?! Now go, and forget!" Words to that effect, it went on longer than that. There was a threat, to me or my family, telepathy is complicated. Of course in retrospect, looking at the situation - you drag a kid onto your ship, they walk me past a partially open doorway where where I see you and you get mad at me? I had a close encounter of the third kind in the summer of 1972, but I never saw the purportedly, helmeted creature when I took the picture --- While I was using a Kodak Brownie Box Bullet camera with 127 film.

The approx. 6 foot tall creature is located on the bottom right hand portion of the picture...who is sitting on a Miocene fossil rock behind a much bigger Miocene fossil boulder.

He obviously posed for my picture. You can see the two black optic eyes --- maybe a camera or weapon optic to the right of his left eye, a long nose with about a two inch breathing slit coming up from the center bottom of his nose, his left shoulder, the three fingers of his right hand perched above the Miocene boulder, a smile like a Zen Buddha who has just achieved satori and a lower portion of his gray left leg and foot.

Location: On the Western Shore of the Chesapeake Bay, at Calvert Cliffs, Maryland --- About 1.5 miles south of Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Reactor, that is owned by the Exelon Corporation.

Then...I had close encounters of the fifth kind (CE5), when I made numerous attempts (mostly in the mid to late seventies) to try to contact the Calvert Cliffs ET. Whether I was successful or not...I really don't know.

That I had verbal permission from the property owner at the Calvert Cliffs ET location to trespass on his property.

I carved a geoglyph on the face of the sandy cliff: 'WELCOME TO EARTH"

I then chiseled and carved words on the side of a dead tree, that had fallen from the top of cliff, which was leaning diagonally along the side of the cliff, about 15 feet above the shoreline --- That was stripped of its bark: "Require tachyons plus anti-grav black holes -- Stop 1976 AA asteroid" Which is a near-earth asteroid...that I hoped that the ET's would help us in preventing this asteroid from hitting Earth.

I magic marked Frank Drake's equation "N=R*fpneflfifcL", about the chances of advanced ET life on other exo-planets, on a wood derelict boat board (about 2 feet square), that I found on the shoreline and propped it up against a fossil boulder on the shoreline.

A 3"inch diameter x 6 foot long, nylon blue ship double looped anchor rope...with one loop was placed underneath the Miocene boulder, which was put there by someone (where I took the picture of the purported alien)--- with the other end of the rope and loop that was being swished around by the surf. - I tied a waterproof, small aluminum can to the end loop on the rope. And I placed inside the can --- My personnel writings to the ET, on a piece of paper --- In case the ET were to stumble upon it at some later point in time.

Probably not your 'typical' close encounter, but I'm at a loss as to how to classify my experience, as I have yet to hear another similar story... Please share if you or someone you know has had a similar experience.

Early 90's as a pre-teen, I went to sleep on a school night just like any other. (Up to this point in life, I would say I'd had a pretty normal existence, nothing extraordinary stands out in my memory.) I suddenly awoke standing barefoot in the lawn against the side of my house (or so I got the impression). However, I could only see from about my waist-height downwards.
I recall seeing 2-3 pairs of legs/pants/shoes standing within 1-2' of my feet, that appeared to be dressed 'like doctors' (shiny black dress shoes, dark slacks, and what appeared to be the bottoms of white 'lab coats'. The upper field of my vision was obstructed by an 'object' that had been placed over my head. The object had a toroid/dome-like structure to it, and was very (bright) white in color. Along the inner perimeter of this toroid/dome were a series of multi-colored, rectangular shaped lights, that would pulsate & revolve around the inner surface. I noticed immediately upon 'activation' of the lights, my head became extremely hot. Very uncomfortably hot. I began to scream in pain, and then I suppose I blacked-out.
I awoke early the next morning (what seemed like 10-15 min. after the event) to a massive headache accompanied by a very hot sensation throughout my head. To this day, almost 30 years later, this would be the most vivid, realistic 'dream' I've ever had in my life. It did NOT feel like a dream. Coincidentally, shortly after this event; I began to have 'lucid' dreams. The 'lucidity' started very subtly, but I was immediately aware that I was 'in-control' of certain aspects of my dreams (mainly extra-physical abilities - like flying!) and was consciously making nightly efforts to improve my skills. My lucid dreaming rapidly developed until I was about 16-17 years old, then suddenly tapered-off (this is around the time I started experimenting with recreational drugs - probably non-coincidental).
I'm not certain the toroid/dome incident is related to the lucid dreaming, but the two were VERY close in their instances.
I've never experienced anything remotely similar since that night, to this day, and I've never heard of anyone having a similar experience (besides lucid dreaming of course).

I don't discuss this with friends or family, but I hope by posting here, I might reach someone with a similar experience or insight into the scenario. HAS ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCED or HEARD OF THIS?
