The information I have seen so far, stated that Hunter bought a Colt .38SSPL revolver. I'd have gone with the .357 myself, but it wasn't my call. But the above picture is not a revolver. It's a semi-auto, likey a 9mm.

www.sportsmans.com...
that link is to the weapon he aledgely purchsed.

At this stage, I'm not making any allegations or claiming anything nefarious, but Lucy has some splainin to do. How many weapons did he have, and were they all purchased legally? And note the spectacular trigger control.

As the Washington Times article mentions, apparently others have noticed this as well, but not enough for the MSM to mention it. LIkely because neither weapon has a 30 round clipanze that shoots full auto and is a weapon of war.

Interesting ain't it - lets step back in Time....

Secret Service linked to incident involving Hunter Biden’s gun – report

The US Secret Service became involved in a bizarre incident in which a gun belonging to Hunter Biden was dumped in a trash can behind a grocery store then found to be missing, the website Politico reported on Thursday.

Delaware police were concerned the gun, a .38 revolver, could be found and used in a crime, the website said, adding that it was eventually found by a man searching the trash for recycling.[

The Secret Service reportedly approached the store where the gun was purchased, seeking to obtain all records of the transaction. The owner reportedly declined.

all the MSM stories now claim the SS had nothing to do with any of this, since Joe nor Hunter had SS protection during that time frame. (that seems to be an untruth, but the MSM woudln't lie, ....would they?)

I'm thinking when someone is caught with both a firearm and dope?
There might be an enhancement involved with the charges. Depending
on the law of whatever state is filing charges.

Maybe he just likes to get high and play James Bond? IDK

We're talking liberal laws here, not conservative laws. They are not the same.

Right?! I have a 2nd dui (idiot) and can never own a gun. It should be a very serious offense for a drug addict to have guns.

Ballistics tests for you and I ... but not for them.

That was not in Mass then?

1st and 2nd DUIs in Mass are misdemeanors. You should not lose your gun rights unless it's a felony.

And Hunter himself admitted under oath that he was still a druggy at the time he acquired the gun.

I would be more interwsted ND in seeing the paper trail from laptop number 3 that he forgot about and Kim.com released .

Way to much was overlooked with all the smut he had on it and not who was signing the cheques and to whom , a half a million or a million does not sound much to a American with house prices in the states but in eastern Europe where the average salary is 5-7k a year , even a HIGHLY paid laboritory employee might make 20-30k a year and live like a king .

This is also why the secret service is refusing to hand over documents. It would look real bad if it came it came out that they were involved with Hunter. Especially in no official capacity... I got my popcorn to wait and see how the left defends gun rights for Hunter, it should be a good show!

Fox news has speculated that the semi auto might have been a BB or pellet pistol. Is Fox in on it too or have they got it right?

You should use the correct terminology. Full semi-automatic.

I think the charge they are talking about is purchasing a handgun if you are a drug user and lying about it on the application to purchase it. I am not sure if his charges are for owning a gun that there is no evidence he lied about when purchasing it from a legal supplier if he was not using drugs at the time of purchase. They need proof that he was using drugs when the other gun was bought. So evidently there was no evidence of his drug use when he purchased that other gun yet.

But we all kind of were aware he had been using drugs for a long time even though there may not be any "official" evidence. Sounds like a loophole to me.

It's fun to see how many 2nd Amendment defendants suddenly think we need to dig test everyone that purchases a gun.
