China preparing for war with US, Air Force secretary says

Air Force Secretary Frank Kendall on Monday warned that China was building up its military to prepare for a potential war with the U.S., and he said America must optimize its forces to counter the rising threat.
Speaking at the Air and Space Forces Association Warfighter Symposium at National Harbor, Md., Kendall said the U.S. must be ready for a “kind of war we have no modern experience with,” though he stressed “war is not inevitable.”

If we look at this from an outside point of view, both the US and China are struggling.
China has had both economic and disastrous weather issues.
The US has economic, weather and political issues and a deeply divided country.
Both countries are still reeling from Covid and the fallout.

What better way to fix things than a little bit of war.

No seriously, all jokes aside, people will die, and when I say people I mean everyone but the ones making the stupid decisions and their families.
If we go to war all politician's should sacrifice their families first. That is one way that we would never go to war. We know that won’t happen though. They will use our youth like little pawns on a chessboard.

War=

How to get rid of student loan debts? Send them off…
How to get rid of an uprising youth? Send them off.
How to spark manufacturing at home
How to distract people

For China..
How to balance the gender scale, too many men? Send them off
How to get rid of certain ethnic groups - send them off..

Don't worry!

If we go to war with China, Biden will withdraw all the troops from the US and leave all the equipment.

He's done it before.

I think we are about to see two countries jump on the US at the same time.
Ever since that drone crashed in Romania, and some are calling for NATO to do something about it, I cannot help but think of The Redneck saying “Watch Romania and stay out of Minnesota.”

I have children that are draft age and I know Biden would be the one to reinstate it, so I’m not liking what I see.

I don't think there will be war with China. China needs us to keep buying it's crap to keep it up and running economically. Also, If there was war, all the worlds prescription drugs would be halted because a good deal of the materials for them come from China. There is too much dependence on each other for it to be allowed to happen, IMHO.

Jeez no wonder with all this Anti China policy (sanctions and more sanctions (economical war) & where the US is creating tensions over Taiwan (same as they did with Ukraine) that China is spending more on defense which may lead some day with a war between the US and China, doh!

Those 20+ years of war in the Middle East was good for arms production/sales/MIC, sure costed many trillions for US tax payers but still good deal!

The war-hawks and the MIC love war and the CIA/Pentagon make sure the MIC gets always max profit/arms production/sales.

I can't imagine WWIII having too many boots on the ground. Instead of bombing cities into ruble, the power and cell sercive can just be cut. It'll take care of itself.

After a month of darkness and zero internet or cell coverage, you'll soon know which side has won when you see what country the soldiers that are suddenly policing your neighborhood are from.

I think wars are going to have to be fought in another way in the future, because most of Gen Z is not down for it.

Enders Game comes to mind.

Gen Z is not going to volunteer as drone fodder.

I agree this is nothing but subterfuge from the military because the politicians are sniffing around because of the unaccounted-for monies the Pentagon keeps on finding, and partially the UAP flap.

Thus the story of the US about to go to war with China, a war which benefits neither country, but is the MIC's wet dream.

Oh, with USA being a major reason for all the trade and economic sanctions against Russia, and North Korea now being a Russian ally, I think we'd be pretty dumb not to expect SEVERAL countries allying with China, especially Russia, and Jong Un has been waiting for his chance. If it goes hot with China it's DEFINITELY WW3. No doubt about it.

Why would China go to war with the US before they kick Biden
out of bed? They only weapon they need to kick our ass is
sitting in the white house sqwaking about Trump and Maga.
Oh and white supremists. China and Biden have a common enemy
and guess who it is. No hints.

You know "The enemy of my enemy is my friend".

Really hope that's true. I will say I personally see Gen Z and Millenials and Gen X as generally having a shared punk spirit, so fingers crossed.

Yea must be worth it, it will be most likely a nuclear war in the end then, but perhaps we see such a war sooner with Russia..

Great speech from a US senator about US foreign policy:

(watch from start, somehow it starts at almost the end)

I wonder how much $$$ the Biden family got for selling the US to China? I hope they get double crossed and their bunker roof collapses.

'The end is neigh' has been the battle cry my whole life whenever the gov. wants to pass some shady sh!te and quit having any affect on me a long time ago.

Whatever. No point in taking life too seriously; none of us are going to get out of it alive anyway.

Today has been a great day, and tomorrow will take care of itself....or not.

@ putnam6- The last time the Pentagon had millions unaccounted for all records were lost on 9/11. Maybe they're planning on 'balancing' the books again.

I remember TheRedneck writing that about Romania and I remember agreeing with him.
I'm old enough to remember the 'reign' of Nicolae Ceaușescu and the fall out after he was executed. I even visited Romania before all the revelations about him came out, in other words, when he was still their 'leader'. Point being, as beautiful a country that Romania is, Romania dwarfs the corruption, trafficking, money laundering and god only knows what else, that goes/has gone on in it's neighbouring country the Ukraine. What's happening in the Ukraine is a deflection from what is going on, and has continued since Ceaușescu era.

What exactly do you think a President could do? I fail to see what point you were even trying to make, other than insulting Biden. Congress is who allocates funding.
Regardless of what crazy/senile/narcissist puppet is sitting in the big chair, these conflicts are mostly about commodities and money, and that's something the USA has none of, and owes a lot of, and not just to China. If it doesn't go down now, it still will eventually. When a nation like USA is bankrupt, it tries to corner markets to get monopolies as leverage to keep getting what it wants/ needs. It's a giant vine that kills all the other plants. This is not sustainable, and USA is not gonna work itself out of this predicament, and not gonna pay off any debts. There's literally about to be ANOTHER government shutdown as we speak, to RAISE THE LIMIT OF ACCEPTABLE DEBT. Remember, that's all the "debt ceiling" is.
Eventually, they WILL come to collect, and they do already have other reasons to.

Well good thing Mexico became America's number one trade partner and dethroned china, just a few weeks ago... too bad no one noticed the NAFTA shift because they were too worried about Hunter Bidens mental breakdown and Donald trumps mug shot.

Does China know there is a Generation Z? I don’t think the vast majority of the farming poor in China give a damn. I really think a society with strong ties to farming and its hardships, and living through the dust bowl helped ready the USA for WW II. It’s now China with lots of poor used to hardships. That, and China has lots of high tech manufacturing that can be easily convert to support a war. What is the USA going to convert? Starbucks and Honda plants? The battery plants with ties to China?

Trying to figure out why the Redneck kept repeating that phrase all I could come up with is 'According to 2017 statistics, Minneapolis and St. Paul, also known as the Twin Cities in Minnesota, have a population of around 182,000 Muslims.'

Hmmm.....

It only took 26 to carry out the attacks on 9/11.

I said "I hope". I didn't say "I think".
In actuality I think the USA is totally screwed and is on its way out no matter what.
No point in you and I fighting too.

I wonder if Mexico still holds a grudge?

"The Mexican–American War, also known in the United States as the Mexican War, was an invasion of Mexico by the United States Army from 1846 to 1848. It followed the 1845 American annexation of Texas, which Mexico still considered its territory. Mexico refused to recognize the Treaties of Velasco, because they were signed by President Antonio López de Santa Anna while he was captured by the Texian Army during the 1836 Texas Revolution."
