5th Circuit Court Rules Biden Admin Abuses Americans. Why is Abuse by Trump Agencies Ignored.

We've had several threads on ATS describing instances of Social Media Companies being coerced by government authorities to control what Social Media Users can and cannot post on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Google, etc..

But it's great seeing this government control/censorship confirmed as being intentionally sinister, and having those evil actions itemized by the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, in a single Article/Document.

This is one of those judicial court rulings that needs to be bookmarked, because the judicial panel outlines exactly what the Biden administration and Govt officials did, in their blatant violations of the First Amendment.

The Fifth Circuit court of appeals outlines how the Biden administration totally violated the first amendment, by forcing and coercing social media and other organizations to ban speech, block opinion, and censor information they determined was against their interests.

Any time a progressive democrat claims their leadership would not destroy this nation, simply put the appellate court ruling back in front of their face and walk away.

At the government’s request, the Fifth Circuit stayed the order for 10 days to give the government time to petition for a writ of certiorari from the U.S. Supreme Court. Almost like bait, the Fifth Circuit is seemingly hoping the insufferable & ideological Lawfare operatives in the DOJ will take this decision higher.

SCOTUS would destroy the Biden administration on this constitutional issue. The evidence of what took place is overwhelming in support of the original court order against Biden, and the subsequent affirmation from the fifth circuit.

My Big Question is: WHY WAS THE TRUMP DOJ-HHS-DHS-CISA Not Mentioned in this Ruling? The attempt to CONTROL what Americans Knew or didn't Know...and what we should Think, was started by these same officials, back when Donald Trump was President.

For example, from 2017 thru 2023 (today), FBI Director Christopher Wray oversaw the FBI when agents were going to the Social Media and Mainstream Media, to tell them what they should support and what they should squash.

The damage to America and Americans is NOT just limited to Biden Administration actions, as the 5th Circuit Court wants us to believe.

Yeah, the ruling is mostly favorable. But CISA was exempted for some reason. So they will still be working to censor people.

Wow... I didn't know it was so complicated. I thought the Court simply told Government agencies to stay out of the affairs of their bosses..YOU and ME..as they should!

Oh yeah. It's a huge deal.
And they've only gotten through preliminary discovery. Once it goes to trial all the dirty laundry is going to come out.

I will revisit that thread. I believe it's the case where FBI Special Agent Elvis Chan described how his teams visited Twitter and Facebook to ensure they complied with what the big bosses at the DOJ wanted. Trump out. Biden in.

Believe it or not, this INTERFERENCE is why Joe Biden is in the White House.

Had the FBI-DHS-HHS, etc., allowed the Biden Crime Family info to be posted, or facts showing that Covid-19 was barely lethal to those under age 70, the economy would not have collapsed, and everyone would have known candidate Biden was probably corrupt and compromised.

I'm not interested in the WP's spin.

The case will end up at SCOTUS eventually, we'll see what happens then. In the meantime this is a very good precedent for other cases against the govt.

What a desperately presumptuous act it is for the White House Counsel’s Office to blast out a memo ordering media organizations to apply the blowtorch to Republicans and defend Joe Biden in the impending House impeachment inquiry.

The marching orders went out Wednesday morning under a blaring headline: “MEMO TO EDITORIAL LEADERSHIP AT U.S. NEWS MEDIA ORGANIZATIONS.”

Ian Sams, the grandly titled special assistant to the president and senior adviser and spokesman for White House Counsel’s Office, declared: “It’s Time For The ­Media To Do More To Scrutinize House Republicans’ Demonstrably False Claims That They’re Basing Impeachment Stunt On.”

So we had a HUGE disinformation campaign of either creating fake information or burying other information using the FBI, DOJ etc by a progressive bureaucracy that has decided who Americans should have or not have in office. We have seen that up to 20% of Biden voters say they would not have voted for him if they knew about Hunter and his dad's dealings. The left says this is small stuff but when we are talking 41,000 votes made a difference what does 16 million votes mean to that?

We also know the mass mailings and uncontrolled drop boxes allowed the liberal's "grassroots" efforts to go warp speed, and it was like dumping a large amount of gas on a small fire in what opportunities opened up for them to gain Biden votes through their door-to-door efforts and most likely bad actor actions.

These are things that Trump knows happened and the only reason why he lost.

For example, in the video where Joe basically said he broke the law with the whole "I'm leaving in 6 hours and you better fire that prosecutor or you do not get the billion" if the news actually treated it like they should have 4+ years ago Biden would never have come close to winning. Just one example of many. Why is it now a big deal and back then it was pushed under the rug as not an issue? It was a BIG deal back then too....

Donald Trump and many MAGA Americans should stop saying "We won" or "We didn't lose".

Joe Biden DID WIN.

But Joe Biden won due to Information Manipulation Fraud. (IMF)

Without that fraud, even a million "mules" delivering ballots for Biden, would not have put him in the White House.

It is imperative that FBI Director Wray and former Attorney General Barr be subpoenaed by the impeachment inquiry committee, to explain what the DOJ did with News and Social media companies, to damage Trump and help Biden in 2020.

It was so overwhelming that today many liberals still hate Trump, but really do not know why. HATE is such a strong event and even we on the right do not HATE Biden. We just know he is brain-dead and a career liar who changes his fundamental beliefs as the wind blows. Additionally, he has become rich as has his family using pay-to-play events throughout decades of his career. This is Biden in a nutshell, but we do not hate him and just hold our noses for 4 years and move on.

You're right about Biden. He is not hated by many people at all. It will probably stay that way unless it's found that he traded U.S. secrets for cash/valuables/favors. (That potential crime is what Special Counsel Robert Hur is investigating.)

What bothers me most about Joe Biden is his lack of presence and leadership. The dementia is stealing his personality, slice by slice. And, he has surrounded himself with weaklings who are mostly lost without a strong leader...which they don't have.

All of weakness adds up to an America that's very vulnerable. China is infiltrating our institutions. Terrorists and Traffickers are entering America at sickening levels. Russia/North Korea/China are forming an alliance that would allow them to take over far more than Ukraine, if they want to.

Lack of U.S. leadership and oversight leads to a world inching closer to a major multi-nation war.

It seems to me that a large part of the left is secular.

Trump from the get go chose to seed his base in traditional American
CHRISTIAN conservative values.

In sixteen we saw that Christian base go mega-maga to put Donald Trump
in office. And they nailed it in terms of getting what they wanted. Some
one who could show the American people how corrupt our politics had
become. And how easy it really is for this country to sprinbg to new
levels. At least in terms of better lives for Americans. As well as having a
more positive affect on the whole world and Trump had us headed in
that direction.

With the secular left seething with hate for four years. And I don't
believe for one second their hate was for DT as much as it was for
Christianity. In twenty the secular community rose up in ranks after
being asleep at the wheel in sixteen. And the left has been catering to
them ever since. That's why we have all the whacky crap going on
in this country. And we see the hate for DT as so off the chain absurd.

And it's exactly why we don't hate Biden the way they hate Trump.
But more precisely God. The cheating the corruption and the secular
community fueled by hate going to the polls. Their hate took away
everything this country was on it's way to being. And for Trump it
simply holds true that in this world as it plunges itself into the
darkness ever more deeply.

NO GOOD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED

As for Biden I find him one tuff man not to hate. But I'm work'n on

The SCOTUS has issued a stay in this case. Gorsuch, Alito, and Thomas were dissenting.
