Most people have been conditioned to believe that marijuana is bad M'kay?

People are less conditioned to terms like cannabis, which I prefer to use, or other terms like herb, sensi, ganga, flower, Marry Jane, ect.

Nevermind, just got to legalize it.

I'd guess that a large majority of people are completely fine with it being legalized. Yet, politicians think they know better, or their corporate masters with vested interests do...

And why do we still vote in all these politicians who are completely against what the majority of the country wants?

Meanwhile, we're giving millions in aid to Ukraine to find another seemingly endless war. We don't seem to have any blockcades when it comes to dealing out death.

But legalizing a drug that helps people both medically and recreationally>? Nah, that's gonna take 20 years.

Here's an update from a couple of weeks ago:

The DOJ officially submitted the proposed regulation on May 16, 2024. This step emphasizes the shift in the federal stance towards recognizing the medical benefits of marijuana

The Justice Department today announced that the Attorney General has submitted to the Federal Register a notice of proposed rulemaking initiating a formal rulemaking process to consider moving marijuana from a schedule I to schedule III drug under the Controlled Substances Act (CSA).

The notice of proposed rulemaking submitted by the Department can be viewed here, and the OLC memorandum regarding questions related to the potential rescheduling of marijuana can be found here.

I hope the OLD Marijuana makes a comeback. It smelled "sweat" and natural.

I can't stand the synthetic smell of the stuff people are smoking now. It smells like the smelting foundries southeast of Chicago, in Gary Indiana. 🤮
