1.) What kind/type of "security" upgrades takes the U.S. Secret Service SEVEN MONTHS (April - Sept) to put in place?

In Corporate America it can easily take 3-4 months to do a full InfosecOpSec refresh. Those types of projects typically do not have the following elements to as granular a level as this project does. Simple common things that should explain the duration. Things like: contractor and subcontractor vetting, supply chain vetting. Wait, I am forgetting something, oh right its for a home where the POTUS and FL live. The concern should be if the project had been completed in less than 7 months TBH.

In the real world Infosec systems or OpSec approaches are not deployed because someone is already in danger but rather they are deployed to prevent danger from ever occurring. That isn't to say you never deploy to an active risk location but preventing vs reacting is the typically proffered approach.

Also the POTUS and FL use that home they are immense level of danger for every cowardly criminal in the world.

Honestly, with his salary and how long he's been in government, it wouldn't be impossible to legally accrue that much wealth. I'm sure he has done some shady sh1t, but making money grow isn't that hard.
