Here's what I think will happen... an inquiry is started, subpoenas are issued, but this time around the courts quash all the subpoenas from Congress because they are not accompanied by any supporting evidence.

I doubt it. The courts have a long history of being hesitant about making any rulings about Congressional protocol.

Okay serious question here? How can you say no evidence against Trump? He has 91 charges against him, spread over 4 indictments. There is evidence in every case. Am I saying he's guilty? Not a chance. Anyone accused of anything deserves their day in court before guilty/innocent can be decided. But to say there is no evidence is laughable. In every single case against him, except maybe the one involving paying the hooker with campaign funds, I would say the evidence is fairly strong. Trying to find a jury of people who are impartial is going to be the challenge with these cases.

I've said it before, there's no doubt Trump did what he's accused of doing. What these cases are going to come down to is interpretation of the law and whether or not Trump's actions violated it.

recent history shows that the DC Democrats inevitably bond together. I doubt any of them will vote against Biden.
