A lot is being reported on world news but actually a lot of more is being reported on small TV news here in Japan about the aggressiveness of the Chinese in the south China Sea.
It is well known fact that China has tried to we can the Japanese Air Force by its exercising and all the recon exercises chasing the Chinese ships and airplanes out of the Japanese area.
I even think the American Air Force in Okinawa is getting a little burnt.
China has no orchestrated some night time submarine exercises and the Sea of China so we're going to see what really happens the Philippines Vietnam Taiwan and other Islands the other nations actually they're going to really upset with the Chinese and their dominance in the area.
I think a lot of it has to do with the American administration of showing weakness and no strength and showing leadership that you're not going to do it to the Chinese people but unfortunately they are doing it and you know what actually a few days ago the Chinese were shooting water blasting cannons at the Filipino fisherman and I think a few were injured and this is really raised concern so as we all know America's is getting back into the Philippines I think they have a year 10 year agreement I don't know if they're going to be building new bases but they're going to be reopening satellite bases that are already there mostly for ammunition bases also so I don't know if Biden is really in charge of what's really happening but here there's a lot of frustration between even Fukushima evolution its water radiation water into the sea China is really not happy about it.

I've noticed that when the democrats are in power the pentagon is basically neutered as far as "doing the right" thing goes. Afghanistan being the most visible. Thus I wouldn't expect the current civilian crowd to order the military to "show the power" in the south China sea.

But to your question - yes, the United States military through the navy and probably marines should indeed be sailing in the area with an aggressive stance and some of that there combat air patrol deal. Maybe land on some atolls and march around for a while.

Yeah I totally agree with you I mean they're not going to be shooting at each other I mean if they do well first of all they're not going to be shooting at each other if anything they're going to be using water cannons like they together against the Philippine fishermen so we're just going to have to wait and see but they were building some kind of airstrip on one of the islands and it's very unusual airstrip usually the length of it is for some pretty pretty good bombers I understand not the commercial airlines.

I think the US should be showing some strength in handling its is own borders and cities.

While they are out policing other people's backyards, those pissed off countries may be raiding our cupboards dry.

Secure your own home first.

The US, and everyone else, needs to maintain freedom of navigation trips to challenge the outrageous Chinese territorial claims that impact all nations who have a vested interest in the South China Sea, most of whom are friendly with the US.

The biden administration is not going ot do anything of any sort, littler hunter needs china to buy his pictures to pay for his legal problems.

Beside that Brics is expanding in biden and democrats in power face to devaluate the dollar even more, Brics now control 30% of the entire global economy.

We as a nation are falling lower and lower, the rest of the world and our enemies knows we got a weak government.

Bricks is now recruiting more countries around the world.

Indulge me, if you will:

What if: China warned the Biden regime to allow their military to occupy Taiwan. At first the BR (Biden Regime) stood up to them and the Chinese responded. The Chinese flew a satellite over the Hawaiian islands and shot down green ranging lasers and told the BR "see how easy that was and you can't stop us".
The BR then increased military presence and that didn't sit well with the Chinese. The Chinese then reminded the BR of all the voice and video recordings they had of him, Hunter and all the others of the BR that visited China recently. HA! said the BR! "What you gonna do about it!?
One beautiful day on Maui turned into a hell on earth as a Chinese military DEW satellite did its dastardly deeds.

The BR isn't going to do a damn thing, well, because they are communist, too.

Of course this never happened, just all speculation...

We won't do that because both China and Ukraine have Biden by the short hairs. He's being blackmailed by the both of them now. They have both Joe and Hunter in very compromising positions. That's why Joe keeps pumping money to Ukraine and won't do anything to piss China off. Hell he let their balloon cross the country and get as much information as it could.

MiM,

One bit I saw is that some of the "mothballed" bases in the Indo-Pacific region may be returned to active status.

Besides basing aircraft, they could potentially be very useful as electronic warfare and anti-ship missile stations.

Cheers

It's important to note that just because a body of water is named South China Sea, it doesn't actually belong to that country, it's just south of China. Much of it is international waters and used by all nations for trade and travel.

Having the word China in it does not make it Chinese any more than Gulf of Mexico belongs to Mexico.

The US, and all other nations, have an undisputed right to travel in international waters.

There's no need to be afraid of BRICS. It's like the UN, it has no independent power. China now officially claims some of Russia's territory, they will turn on each other very easily.

Yep and where's the CIA and the FBI on this does a Biden have mud on the top officials also of the CIA and the FBI and are they also compromised I would check their travel to see if they've been to Ukraine or China also and check their bank accounts too.

You mean that mighty military that had to flee from Afghanistan leaving behind about 80 billion worth of equipment and also leaving their so called "allies" in the place to the mercy of their enemy... once again (a la Vietnam)?

I think that China should start showing their military strength in the Gulf of Mexico. They won't though because they are not war mongering assholes and their economy isn't based on conflict and bullying others, they actually have an economy based on trade and production.
