I must say……in all my maintaining a pulse years…..I have never heard or read or seen anything having to do with Five Eyes established in 1946….until I heard Kirkpatrick mention it from the podium of the NASA on UAP’s conference.

But….IF…the U.S. is leading the way….as it appears to me…..what are the chances the other countries remaining in the Five Eyes alliance ….will also follow suit and create official government UFO offices and sponsors the office’s website for the general public of those countries?

Kirkpatrick had mentioned that behind the scenes….he is in contact with those four remaining countries about the UFO question.

Canada
New Zealand
The United Kingdom

….come out of the shadows to have officially sponsored general public UAP transparency with websites?

If these countries have already ….which I’m not aware of……then that would mean that it is the U.S. which is catching up with the rest of what members of Five Eyes already may have done.

Seems that way. Something I saw earlier (News Nation I think) said these would only be cases that were "solved", there will be no unidentified flying objects released on the site.

Anything worth seeing won’t be in there. If any kind of smoking gun proof was being made public it’d be ceremonial with a conference of its own etc.

With the world as fractured as it is Intel on ET would be seen as ‘need to know’, eyes only etc etc. Why give knowledge to the ‘enemy’ if uncertain what they already know. And with global politics melting down how could the CIA be certain what the other sides know.

The Five Eyes exists to ensure the continuation of the Anglo-Saxon Empire in a post WWII world. Winston Churchill, who has half American himself, was keen to preserve the close ties between the major English-speaking nations. With most of Western Europe (NATO), South Africa and Israel onside too.

However, the UK's public facing UFO desk was closed in 2009. Mainly because there was little value seen from collecting reports from and responding to queries from the public. The job itself was only a small part of the office's duties and Defence Intelligence (DI-55) investigate any threats from UFOS/UAPS to UK and allied airspace. Most of the files (that don't involve sensitive defence intelligence issues) have been released by the UK National Archives and can be downloaded for free on their website.Our cousins down under appear to have a similar policy at present. Canada shares a border and the operation of NORAD with the US so will have more interaction.

Where this is all going? I am not sure. If there are spaceships in secret hangars and dead aliens on ice somewhere then you have to wonder why America wants to start all over again with what is effectively Blue Book 2.0 with a website.

That's probably because it isn't an organization or an agency, just a term of convenience used by the spooks themselves to describe the system of intelligence-sharing among the five big English-speaking democracies, which in geopolitical and cultural terms tend to be natural allies.

In other words, not a body like the CIA, MI6 or Australia's SIS, but the agreements and protocols of cooperation among them.

One potential reason is control of the narrative.

If they think info may leak, or disinfo be used, then it’s necessary to provide disinfo of their own to counter the other stuff and keep public opinion exactly where they want it, wherever that happens to be at any given time.

Bluebook was doubtless an attempt to control the narrative, with nothing to do with dissemination truth. ‘Bluebook 2.0’ will be the same.

On AARO, by placing Kirkpatrick in charge it's off to a bad start as he's been identified as someone who's been in his past job as a obstructionist within his past uap related job.

As more info has surfaced from Ross Coulthart, David Grush specifically sidestepped Kirkpatrick fileing his whistleblower complaint with the ICIG instead. Coulthart's response to Media Watch also states ;

Aaaand here is where things get interesting.
Without being happy about using only a single source, taking Coulthart's claims to more info he's got but can't release quite yet as legit, found this.

At 1:06.35 in Caz Clarke's interview regarding the Welsh "Pentrych Incident" of 2016 taped in April 2023 she states "Coulthart said the Military monitors for a frequency to know when the craft are going to appear and be able to track them and are using the satellite Gallileo & GPS in order to do that".

Not to sidetrack the thread but it would appear there is way more going on behind the scenes than we're grasping. Info like this just illustrates that the public face of this, AARO & the hearings are decidedly yesterdays news. Given that it "appears" the military at Pentrych may have been trying to triangulate a signal/frequency to involve satellite imagery, that we already have Skinwalker Ranch info about the 1.6htz signal & Military choppers showing up?
That's a lot of "coincidences".
While I don't know when Coulthart had this conversation with Caz Clarke it's safe to say it was well before Grush went public & the Congressional Public Hearings. It's also a safe assumption that if Knapp & Corbell are "making hay" over the public info they're woefully out of the loop on the relevant & current status of where the US is on the UAP situation.

BTW Pentrych had multiple days of military aircraft monitoring the airspace before a UAP showed up & was allegedly shot down & recovered. The types of Aircraft lend a lot of weight/seriousness to this incident.
