Phil Anselmo , yes.
There are a couple of songs on Cowboys from Hell where he does it too.

I can smell every frame of this video.

Was just local crew for Pantera.

I was blown away, they brought it! Phil's voice was amazing...even picked up a Zakk Wylde pic during load out.

If they come around. I think it is worth it, go see them.

I will say, I miss the clubs in the day, watching that video brings me back to when I was cutting my teeth.
