Its because I have zero tolerance for lies, misinformation and deceit, notice the change in attitude immediately after your lies were exposed.
I gave each of you respect and tried to converse reasonably but your continued lies and obfuscation have show that you deserve neither respect nor reason, therefor you will no longer receive it

I asked you to provide proof that this Missouri law has a basis to exist due to the drug experimentation reasoning and if children and adults with gender dysphoria will be allowed to get gender affirming treatment. I debunked both and so did Annee but hey vote Republican not that it will do you any good.

There’s Agenda and Anti-Agenda — the more sensational — the bigger the headline.

I’ve been to a couple Gay Pride events. News reporters find the most flamboyant crazy person they can and loop it over and over. When in reality the event was mostly families.

My kid is now 15. None of his schools pushed any of this — but they did listen when a kid needed someone to hear them.

The kids themselves openly talk about gay, lesbian, gender in everyday conversations. It’s their generation.

The only people who cause trouble are the adults.

I don’t do sensationalism.

Agenda depends on the “interpreter”. And then there’s the counter.

It flat our states physical testing is required.

There is no physical test (yet) for brain disorder/dysfunction/gender diversity.

Therefore they are flat out excluded.

The drugs are not used to treat the brain disorder, they are prescribed to stop puberty to help alleviate presumed psychological effects of said puberty.
If a test is conducted to affirm precocious puberty and the treatment is recommended by a physician then under this law they can be used, as long it is not for the intent of surgery, or for incarcerated individuals who utilize public funding.

It isn't you when you state plainly that you have no interest in educating yourself on much of the information you are presented with. Stating that you only care about the now. Not the later, not the how, not the why. Only that self esteem is number one. Anything not in favor of "listening to the kids now" has to be coming from a place of fear, or religion, or a personal anti-trans agenda.

The internet has a wealth of information. Your refusal to educate yourself because "any idiot can post a link" is just one of the bricks you have in your wall. Your response to ethical concerns is to disregard them. Even when you acknowledge there are unethical practices going on, you carry on as if that isn't a problem. You certainly show an inability to connect the dots.

You refuse to read sources without any bias. Sources of personal experience. Something you should be on top of since you keep reminding us of your situation. I and others have offered to listen to you, read your sources, in a good faith attempt to understand your position and potentially change out own. But you can't do that. You've made up your mind and closed yourself off.

Speaking of your situation. I just want to say that none of my posts are a personal attack on you. The aim is not to get you to change anything that you are doing, in the care and support of your grandchild. It is important to show you a larger picture, so that you can be more informed, that way you and he, can make more informed choices.

I am not trying to invalidate or make light of anyone's feelings or mental well being. I have said time and time again, this isn't about right or left, or trans vs anti-trans. This is about the children and young adults and what's ethical vs what isn't ethical. What's an insidious agenda and what are more appropriate ways of helping children during their adolescence and journey into adulthood.

First you have to prove there’s an issue.

The only way to prove it is with a physical test.

You can’t prove gender diversity with a physical test.

Therefore any discussion about hormones or puberty blockers is not even on the table.

I don’t fear my child having such friends or their parents being LGBTQ+.

People are good — people are not.

I’m not going to label people bad by their group label.

When I was a kid it was a city councilman that got arrested.

Priests — Boy Scout leaders — and now “Flavor of the Month” Transgenders.
