I'm a firm believer that the current administration has mixed loyalty toward its citizens and I say this with concrete evidence of the border prices also the prices that that dealt with the Afghan withdrawal from the leadership not only the leadership in the White House over office but the leadership in the Pentagon yes the leadership in the Pentagon why was it so silent I will tell you now why all the leaders in the Pentagon are afraid of their pension yes if they speak up they get fired and they lose their pensions so biden's got even the top military brass paranoid just pick up and with that in mind you can you can think only one thing America will be on the decline and why don't they have the military at the borders and put alligators in that River there

America is controlled by a demonic group of clerks, or clerics, that have had about 2 generations now of accumulating power and also information about its citizens so much that a large amount of people that accumulate any power at all here have certain things "known" about them that can be used as leverage to force them into whatever bizarre policy they want. OUr policies no longer make sense because alot of our policies are actually just humiliation rituals to "flex" to others that may fall out of line what they will get if they fall out of line.

My assumption with Trump is that they did not have that power over him and thus is why he has to go. Since they can't do their normal tricks with him they are trying new ones.

Thank you for such a wonderful post I know many of us here on the forum have served our country that is the USA and a very honorable and dedicated passion it is saddened and heartbreaking to see not only to see but to hear and to experience even as one who lives overseas experience the total destruction of the inner cities why well I can only say one thing they're going to let it come down to where martial law and loss of freedom and you're going to do what we tell you to do or you disappear it's the same way and very dictatorial dictatorships societies even in China people disappear as we all know he go against the government was Trump really a savior for the American freedom of expression I don't know I do know that many Americans these days live in a paranoia state of mind if they do something wrong and talk against the government not government but the people who are in government that control our well-being if you go against the wishes we can end up well we don't know I will at least I don't know.

I will once more say what I've been saying for many years. The educational system in the United States has been usurped by communists who are teaching our children that what made America unique in all the world is bad, wrong, evil and needs to be brought down. Mostly by men pretending to be women.

It will take several generations before anyone realizes that once again, communism doesn't work, never has, never will. And then we'll have a parliament and a half assed government like everyone else. Thankfully, I'll be dead and gone before this totally falls apart.

I like to travel now I'm retired. I try to make an international trip for an immersive stay once a year. I belong to an artists cultural association, that arranges two trips a year. Next up is Bali.

When I visited Morocco, which I fell in absolute love with, to the point of looking into spending extended time there, the happiness of the people was very noticeable. First: they are the oldest Islamic nation. They are moderate, however. Women do not have to wear hijab, altho many do, they serve alcohol in many restaurants, guest houses, hotels and groceries. I didn't see any drunks anywhere. Nor drug addicts. There were beggars on Friday in the souk. Thats the day that alms are given. Every little village has a school and a mosque. You can see both quite visibly from the road. Some kids ride donkeys to the school, but they are embarrassed, so they walk a long ways to get there, but they go 6 days a week, for the entire day. They learn 3 languages at school: Arabic, Amazigh and French. Many many people, especially the young, have learned workable English from television. Cartoons etc. with the subtitles on. Oh yeah, every village has solar panel stations, satellite dishes. Its so fun seeing ancient buildings with high tech. Donkeys are parked on the streets right along with cars. Scooters are everywhere, and I saw a family of 3 on one... kid under moms arm on the back.

The same family has been in the monarchy for 400 years.

Morocco seemed stable, and safe. No social tension that I could see. I saw graffitti promoting cannabis legalization. It's a crime to possess, grow or sell. Even tho Morocco has supplied the hashish to Europe for many many years, the crown owns the trade. The queen has a Masters in Civil Engineering. She is from one of the old Amazigh (berber) families, a beautiful red haired, green eyed woman. The King and Queen are modern thinkers and doing much to develop the outlying countryside. There is an very good highway crossing the High Atlas that provides jobs and has brought opportunity to the many old villages along the way. The airports were beautiful, efficient and friendly customs and security, and I felt really safe in Casablanca and Marrakech. I didn't see homeless and crime seemed limited. Men can have up to 4 wives, but only if they can afford them. They must apply to the court after the first one. I don't think there are many single mothers struggling to raise families. The few widows and divorcees have hard time tho'. Families take care of their members more so than here, and for the women truly alone without family, there are womens collectives. Instead of seeing people waking up in tents in the morning and roaming around looking for drugs, I saw people sweeping the sidewalks, cleaning the areas in the streets around their homes and shops. For a packed, ancient souk, with cobblestone streets and barely room for two aisles of walking traffic, donkeys and scooters, the souk is CLEAN. Cats keep the vermin down, and the cats are owned by the town. They are everywhere, but they do their jobs. Very few dogs, and either pampered pets or really pitiful. But cats are honored and allowed to just cat whereever they want. They do a huge service to the health of the souk. The obvious sight: people working to support themselves. Personal responsibility and social cohesion.

Truly happy people everywhere... Im sure there are social issues, but they don't focus on them and politics just doesn't seem to be a big issue there. Jews, African blacks, Arabs, some very fundamental Islamics, and Amazigh people all living together. Im sure its not perfect, but they are not pitted against each other, like here.

Morocco is developing and joining the modern world really quickly. I literally cannot wait to return. By the end of my stay there, I was more relaxed and happy than I've felt in decades.

As soon as I landed in Germany going home, I felt the stress, the rudeness and just ugliness of people. AIrline people barking orders. Me, a tiny elderly woman trying to get my carryon out of the overhead, men just shoved me out of the way, and a flight attendent barked at me in German to hurry up the bus to the terminal was waiting for me. No offer of assistance with the bag. Ok, thats cool, but be patient then. Im old. In Morrocco, I had young men assisting me even when I didn't need it, and not just for the tip. And landing in LAX and dealing with the # there, I almost cried coming back. Seriously, I could feel the tension return that I had felt so much relief from in a wonderland.

I also have the benefit of more familiarity with Islam, and no longer have some of the bigotry I had based in ignorance. Im looking forward to learning the differences in Islam as practiced in Indonesia for comparison.
