No, I'm not being played. I know Trump can't win; in fact if he runs, Biden (or his body double) is a shoe in.

The truth is that there's no one running that's fit to be POTUS with the possible exception of Desantis, who also can't win for having shot himself in the foot.

At this point, I don't need no stinkin' POTUS, and with Biden, that's what we've got.

As has been pointed out many times, it isn't like he could appoint whoever he wanted. The appoinments had to be confirmed. That was - and is - the problem.

some yes and as I have pointed out in the past since when was trump not a fighter or talk to the people about the problem in public?

He did absolutely nothing and I mean NOTHING. He didn't even complain about it or called out the issues with the selections. NOTHING. Heck he still doesn't talk about it.

Had he made a big stink about it like he had done with other things, he could have put pressure on them to vote on an outsider. At minimum he could have tried to bring attention to this huge issue, which makes it a moot point to have Trump elected to drain the swamp if the swamp isn't going to drain itself?

Instead he just kept his mouth shut and hiring more swamp till the very end. Then continued to be shocked when they kept back stabbing him. Even worse is that trump and his supporter act like it was not his downfall or a big issue, hence they will repeat the same mistake.

Im not a never trumper and would have no problem with him as POTUS , but I know that as long as he and his followers pretends that wasn't a HUGE failure and his BIGGEST failure at that, then what is the point? end results will be the same. He had his chance and he blew it and unfortunately Im not so sure he will get a second chance and even if he does will he let himself get shocked again?

Well, I definitely have never tried to claim he was perfect - the exact opposite in fact - and the reality is, he has the kind of personality that makes it extremely hard for him to admit mistakes. That said, I've seen enough comments from him that he definitely did make mistakes in that area, and that he would not fall for it again, to believe that he actually did learn a lesson. He is not a dummy, and anyone who tries to say he is - well, I think they are merely projecting...

So, I don't think he will blow it, but he will definitely have a hard time of it.

TBH since they are actually arresting him and only targeting republicans, I do hope trump is able to prevent the 2024 steal and win and Im not even a republican and still think the trump will do the same mistakes. However its clear as day how corrupted the system is and how they are clearly targeting trump. All the while not only overlooking all the clinton,obama, and biden crimes , but actually hiding and protecting them.

They appear to be desperate enough to take the risk of making a martyr out of trump. So hopefully if the dummy gets a second chance he doesn't blow it and goes off on them for putting him through the bs.
