The Old Testament isn’t earthly, it’s not non spiritual either
You may be a bit confused, the OT is very spiritual, but just as you stated, like modern life. The OT was based on a theocracy, balancing the spiritual with the secular in a functioning political system, a legal and moral society with ongoing rules and justice to be served.

And yet no one has ever entered Heaven because our designed nature is so that balancing the spiritual with the secular in a functioning political system is beyond us and contradicts our spiritual nature.

Except Jesus, fully human...
Who made a way
Opening the door for those who choose...
-
Because humanity couldn’t live up to the spiritual side of the Old Testament

Christ appeared to us as a human, He took on the form of a human? He's not a human being and He returned to where He originally came from.

Do you define what a human is purely based on it's form or behaviour? if it's behaviour Christ was not human! We have live by His example not the other way around and that means not getting involved in anything Earthly, humans are Earthly and so is the Old Testament.

Yet even in the face of this world of atrocity people still find happiness, still can be kind and nurturing. My suggestion is that in our larger spiritual existence people, beings ARE happy and kind and nurturing, just that here in this place of such limits and struggle it is hard, make that HARD. And that maybe that is part of why this corner of existence is here.

There are wonderful people, the people who Christ told to endure this place.

Guess we have different beliefs then

I define a woman based on her DNA, not her form or behaviour
People are earthly and Jesus called us to love people, even earthy people

Jesus was the last Adam

Take Islam for example and how as a religion it preaches the complete opposite of what Christ preached, The Quran is Earthly in it's teachings as is The Old Testament, and it's as none spiritual as The Old Testament too. Christ is an afterthought in the Quran even though He's mentioned in the Quran more than Mohammed, nearly all the Muslims I've met are unaware of this fact, clever writing.

Many Muslims don't know what's in the Quran outside of what is taught to them, because in many Muslim countries, people can't read.

You do realize that “Christ” is a Greek word for “crossed” right? It’s what happens when we cross our opposing subjective and objective states of consciousness into a single quantum state. Christ is how YOU end the war of opposites within you, not the surname of some mythical character named Jesus. It’s not rocket science if you’re willing to put the Koolaid the church has been serving you down for a minute.

The greek word for Christ is Christos. It means anointed.

The greek word for Cross is Stauros. And it means stake, or tree.

The vast majority of Muslims can't read?

Just saying, what is it that is there to read in books, only your own understanding.

Stay capable. Thanks.

Every Muslim I have spoken to in regards to Christ in the Quran have been educated individuals who were quite happy to quote the Quran but unaware that Christ is more prevalent in the Quran than Muhammed, some even had a negative view of Him such is the way the Quran is written.

From the moment Christ left this place who He was has been diluted, He's more than a prophet that's for sure.

I said "many," not "vast majority."
