Historical - Both U.S. President Joe Biden and Son Hunter are Under Special Counsel Criminal Probes.

Never before in the history of this country has the U.S. President and his (adult) Son been under investigation for numerous crimes, by 2 (yes...TWO) Special Counsel-Prosecutor teams.

U.S. President JOE BIDEN is being Investigated by Special Counsel Robert Hur for illegally taking highly classified documents home and not returning them until he was caught, in 2022. Special Counsel Hur also wants to know what Senator and Vice President and Private Citizen JOE BIDEN used those documents for, from 2008 thru 2022.

Biden, 80, retained an unknown number of classified documents from his days as vice president and a US senator, some of which were kept in the garage at his Wilmington, Del., mansion and handed over to federal authorities in January.

HUNTER BIDEN is being investigated by Special Counsel David Weiss for illegal international financial and business transactions, along with obtaining a weapon (gun) by fraud.

The appointment marks another dramatic development in the long-running probe into Hunter Biden, which began in 2018 and, at one time, concerned multiple financial and business activities in foreign countries dating to when Joe Biden was vice president.

Attorney General Merrick Garland said Friday that the move stemmed from Weiss' request earlier this week to be elevated to special counsel – which now gives him more powers than a typical US attorney – and due to the "extraordinary circumstances" of this case and "public interest."

There are specific additional items HUR and WEISS are investigating, but they remain secret. House Judiciary Chairman James Jordan has asked what those alleged crimes are: judiciary.house.gov... .

But Attorney General Merrick Garland is not responding to Jordan's formal request. That's why I keep posting all over the place that House Speaker Kevin McCarthy needs to schedule an Impeachment Inquiry of Garland. He is a professional "stonewaller".

It will be interesting to see if Special Counsel HUR charges President Biden with the CERTAIN CRIME of illegally removing/retaining classified materials. Doing so would restore a lot of lost faith in the integrity of our U.S. Department of Justice.

At this point it’s going to take a lot more than one criminal indicting another to restore faith in the DOJ… this entire century has been one disgusting Deep State move toward tyranny after another… until heads are literally rolling it’s all just theater…

We are in a Constitutional Crisis. The USSC needs to step up to protect the Constitution. I don't think they have to wait for a lower court to rule if the judicial branch is the cause of all this rigamarole that is interfering with a national election.

Very True! Hopefully we can at least count on Justice Clarence Thomas to keep things legal and under control in the two states he's responsible for, where Trump trials will be held... FLORIDA and GEORGIA.

We say with the Hillary investigations that ALL of the alphabet agencies work in tandem with special councils, investigators, attorney generals, the POTUS and whoever else is involved. They are all connected and work as one....one giant Hydra.

The stonewalling will continue until they determine 'there's nothing criminal to see here, just a few bad judgement choices; case closed'.

If they can drag it out long enough the public will lose interest and they can move along; if not, expect a major crisis as distraction. War would be my guess, with a huge helping of a new pandemic on the side for good measure.

You've studied and know the Democrat hydra well, nugget1. Don't forget the 8 heads of the Mainstream Media outlets. What they put in their news casts and news papers, are what 90% of of Americans see on a day-after-day basis.

And you're also right about how top-tier Crooks know how to "run out the clock". Former District Attorney Andrew McCarthy said on Fox News yesterday that Republicans giving "careful consideration" before launching investigations, allows criminal time statutes to expire. He said almost everything done when Obama was President can't be prosecuted now, for that reason. It's too late.

However, there is the Q-given insight from about 2017, describing "sealed indictments" being used as a legal way to keep crimes from "expiring" until the indictment can be unsealed and the alleged criminal charged by Prosecutors when the time is right. Let's hope that's what the fast growing number of sealed indictments was really all about during the Trump years.

Is USSC the military? hate to say it, but our judicial system is beyond repair. This whole thing is amazing and frightening. I am not sure what a real resolution is. Our republic is a farce at this point. I hope I dont get a knock on the door for saying that.
