Trump is a con man. He has never provided any evidence yet. He made up a conspiracy based on emotion and pure speculation to "justify" his criminal attempts to overthrow the election.

You will all see, in the end, that I am right because Trump will end up in prison and the truth will be out (even more so) in court.

The justice system relies on facts, not emotion and speculation, for its verdicts.

Just keep disingenuously squawking that same tired line, when you know all Trump had to do to 'get Mexico to pay for the wall' is deduct it from their foreign aid welfare check.

Yup that’s the typical type of response to evidence that can’t be explained.

Trump has plenty of money. Some of his backers have deep pockets.

He has contacts. Producers, executives, etc.

Why has a multi-part documentary presenting the evidence in all it's minute detail never been made? Not a sketchy shadowy glimpse. Go all out. Hire the best. A well done scholarly documentary.

Throw $10 million at it. Top notch production value. Put your cards on the table.

Top notch production value for film is in the $300 million variety.
Why spend that money when all will be shown in court?
There is no reason to produce a fictional narrative (film, yes every one), when facts are presented in court.

In part he would not be able to produce a film because of facts not in evidence, and other discovery things.

It's an interesting theory, but it's not worth the expenditure. Folks with money are less likely to spend money than those of us that are getting by. (By getting by, I mean being able to pay bills, and on a lucky week have some money to put to savings).

Trump has no proof of election fraud; all the anti-democratic shenanigans that happened during the 2020 elections were made legal in the months and weeks leading up to the election under the cover of Covid-19. Trump lost fair and square under the rules that were in play. I can certainly understand why he and his supporters feel cheated; but they should have done a better job stopping or taking part in the shenanigans before the election. Trump simply didn't/doesn't have the power to stand up to the bipartisan political establishment. His boosting now is just his propaganda.

I think you're missing the votes the melon volts are the balance anyway from the military personnel from overseas which in fact between Korea and Japan has 52,000 service members and I'm not even talking about Germany either so I think there's been fraud at the highest level and I think you refuse to acknowledge that.

Yea Um…lifelong Democrat here. Anyone who saw GA’s election and claims it was the least bit fair and not an absolutely corrupt joke simply has no clue what he or she is talking about. Trump won by leaps and bounds. Many states he lost in fact.

Ok but he didn't.
You should going forward accept that.

Like I said, you simply didn’t watch the Kari lake trial. You didn’t listen to the whistleblowers, you didn’t find the broken water pipes and other excuses that led to a TEN DAY vote count ridiculous like anyone with common sense…sorry but you’re nobody to listen to.

For starters I don't care at all about Kari. She is possibly dumber that Trump.
And absolutely none of her "legal" filing have amounted to crap.
If you want to speak about someone that truly has nothing of substance to say then only look in the mirror.
You have been completely incorrect at every turn.
I wonder why?

I don't think you understand how that works.
But that's OK because I feel like you may not have the education to do so.

The issue is the MAGA crowd looks at that Muke movie and Trump's claims of voter fraud as all the evidence they need. They want to believe Trump was correct and they were not lied to, so they cling to anything as evidence or proof if widespread voter fraud when no such evidence exists.

If you listen to the 'Perfect phone call' Trump made to Raffensberger , everyone one of Trump's claims were refuted..yet the MAGA crowd ignored this.

Meanwhile, those of us asking for tangible evidence to back up Trump's claim keep getting told we are blinded by confirmation bias because we dont want to believe it, which is simply not true. No one was been convinced evidence of fraud exists, the ones who believe it exists all voted for Trump and want to believe Trump is not lying to them, it is their confirmation bias preventing then from seeing there is no widespread fraud and Trump lost.

For this scale of widespread fraud to happen, it would take thousands of people across at least 4 states to coordinate and keep quiet about it. On top of that, the amount of money being offered for proof of voter fraud was enormous. Had there been a large scale coordinated effort, there would be some evidence and whistle blowers.

To date there is nothing but wish washy claims of mail in ballots not being fair and other weak as arguments.

Keep in mind states like Georgia did hand recounts and found no inconsistencies, which contradicts Trump's claim of the election worker running the ballots "3 times" and all of her votes being for Biden.

Thank you for proving my point. You even added an extra little immature crybaby meltdown. I didn’t even ask for that!

I stopped paying attention when evidence WAS provided by the judge dismissed it, because the court system is a joke

It used to be corrupt enough that money coins could get you past any law, but now you have to be in the club, too.

it highlights the true sectarian issues evolving across the western world..

Trump fails to deliver Proof of fraud in Goergia

I’m shocked, really thought he was going to provide actual evidence this time… lol.

Seriously though, he’s probably just establishing his defense. As in, he doesn’t have to prove there was election fraud, he just has to convince the courts he genuinely believed there was wide spread and organized election fraud.

And that is all he needs to do. So if true its a good strategy.

Nope. Even if he believed he won the election, he was still told by multiple lawyers that the actions he was taking were skirting the law. So even if he thought he won the election he still knew that he was breaking the laws and still he went forward with his plans.

That shows mens rea.

What one must understand It was not in Trumps remit to prove fraud. It was his obligation to inform the authorities that a fraud had taken place. But he was shouted down as a bad loser. NOW. It's has come down to his prosecution (ask yourselves why now, they've had nearly 4 years to do it) he has to put up or shut up.
Any, and I mean any criminal case if you are the accused, you don't give out your ace in the hole evidence at any press conference before the trial. This silly action would give the prosecution time to find ways to dismiss or malign that evidence. If that evidence is brought out in a court of law no one can hide the facts. Time will tell.

just to be pedant so did he skirt the law or has the court already tested it and found him guilty of breaking the law as you used both concepts in a single para, what all these cases suffer from is to many experts that create missleading ideas, until this has been tested in court its not known if it was lawful, unlawful or illegal unless the usa now adopts the premise of guilty until proven innocent for its internal political opponents..

we suffer with experts, as its seems for politics the usa like uk media are adopting the mantra of guilty until proven innocent, forgetting that cases have to be tested in actual court not in the minds of political opponents

its a deeply harmful place to take a democracy to win an election as we know in the uk and the destruction of trust in all layers of the legal system to achieve a political result that could not be attained at the voting booth..

The media, US and UK has not adopted anything. It has always been in the works. Guilty till proven innocent? Go tell Trump that in 2016 when they bought out the Russian collusion "evidence". Go tell that to very man accused of rape in the UK. It has always been.

But the more insidious aspect is the guilty getting away with their crimes because of fame. Think Saville and Bidens. And that's down to the media again, not just adopting it but it's endemic.

It will be interesting to see where he supposedly found it. Rudy stated they had none when GA requested it from them. Trump’s own 2 quietly done separate investigations found none, and were already subpoenaed by Smith.

2 Investigations By Trump Found No Fraud. Results Subpoenaed By Smith

You are right. There never has. But that's because the courts would not even look at it. Lack of evidence does not mean lack of criminality and you cannot prove your allegation if you can't even present it to the court.
