To me it sounds nightmarishly dystopian. To me it sounds like they will tie the CBDC to controls , how/when/how much you can spend with an expiration date? I am not able to watch the video but read the article and off course don't trust any of this , as it's released by criminals who control the corrupt system. I really doubt they're doing any of this to 'combat fraud' , that's just laughable. IMO it's to combat freedom and to control us as much as possible.

They want to control everything! When they get pushback on their censorship attempts, they manufacture emergencies and crises.
They'll just say it's about safety.

They were able to test the waters with covid. They now know how blindly and willingly the plebes will do what they're told.

We must remain optimistic though!

CBDC are here regardless of how we feel. If you do not want to be held to your money then start paying attention to decentralized projects in the cryptocurrency space.
There are projects that are working on a decentralized internet, cross border payment systems and international banking for everyone, anywhere.
Learn about these projects and support them by investing wisely.

if you think about it, theres no need to make new money fo us plebians, that defeats the purpose

the cbdc is for the sovereign class

Basically go to the link and study the top 50 crypto coin projects. Go to the projects webpage and learn about their purpose. Everyone knows Bitcoin but there are many other projects involved in this space. Thousands actually, so know that fraud is also present. Most of these projects will not make it, many coins have nothing really going for them, but they still become popular. Like anything, be cautious and look into who backs these projects. Read their white papers, those will tell you what their goal are and the path they plan to take to accomplish them.
None of this is investment advice, I’m just a nobody who has been paying attention to crypto and the incoming CBDC’s.

Ripple (XRP) and Stellar (XLM) are two of the most popular cross border payment coins.

Ethereum (ETH) or Cardano (ADA) or Solana are some of the alternatives to Bitcoin. As the space builds I expect Bitcoin to lose first place. Which project it will be may become a very lucrative investment. Bitcoin was $10 once too.

I will add that we are in a Bear market, meaning that prices are headed down on these coins. Bitcoin is believed to be in a four year cycle, which is thought to top out again between 2024 and 2025 before dipping back down once more for another 4 year cycle. If this is true, which it has been last three times, then you see why I say look into it now. I mentioned Bitcoin because the rest of the market follows its lead. It starts to climb and soon the others do to.

I'm reminded of the campaign to sell us on RFID chips; the pushback was overwhelming, but they found a way. They majority of people in the world-even those who are homeless-have a cell phone.

I imagine they'll find a way to make it happen, or some alternative that people will accept with open arms-like they did with cell phones.

That means there's going to be another mass exodus to red states, which would be ok but they want all the perks and handouts they got in their socialist states and start voting in the same destructive people that ruined their former states.

Hopefully Americans are smart enough to start a Revolution and take down the government if they even consider subscribing to this nonsense.

None of it takes a revolution to stop it. All it takes is to vote the right people in, state and national because they are the ones allowing it to happen and they are the ones to fight it.

Absolutely very risky if you just jump in. Like I mentioned, most coins will disappear once real regulations start happening. Most in crypto welcome some sort of regulations that the US government is slow to do.
Only XRP has any legal clarity for now, but I imagine this is about to change. The US seems to be the only country with regulations problems. The rest of the world seems to have figured it out, placing the US behind.
I think it is all on purpose and the bankers are trying to slow the industry down, but unfortunately for them there is a large world outside the US that is moving forward with cryptocurrencies.
