... MakerDAO developer and millionaire Nikolai Mushegian apparently drowned in Puerto Rico.

And now,

... the dismembered body of the American-Bulgarian investor(Christian Peev) was found on Tuesday by plumbers called to fix a blocked drain in Sofia, Bulgaria, who eventually discovered that it was pieces of a human body that caused the blockage.

Peev was chopped up and much of his remains were flushed down a toilet.

All of these deaths have occurred since late last year.

Just a dangerous trade to be in, or are some very pointed messages being sent?

Not hard to be suspicious as my guess is most governments don't like crypto or its entrepreneurs.
