And no volcano that can’t be controlled. No populous of pleebs to bother. Rumor is there are locations with vegetation and moderate temp.

Oh they might build them some cheap fall down in 20 years tenements in out of the way areas and have the survivors move in there. You know, cheap housing that government contractors ( Blackrock) will charge the tax payers a fortune for. But when the survivors die off or move, they'll tear them down and that will be that. Then all the land they stole becomes a private playground for the mega rich elite or they can build their mansions there on nice 5 and 10 acre plots.
If the ruling elite are so convinced global warming will flood the coasts in 20 years, why are they all buying up sea front land?
