If I hadn't accidently hit the wrong answer early in I would have had all 40 right. There are benefits to being older than dirt!

You scored 39 out of 40 Retry

yea only one or two did I have to think a bit, the Donna Reed Show, and the pic of Burt Reynolds who was in the western Shamus, but this referred to his stint on Gumsmoke.

I got all 40 and it is a bit depressing such wasted space in my brain, but damn with 4 channels and Channel 17 reruns virtually all of those shows appeared on the TV 5 days a week, morning noon, and night. So much so it now seems it was a bit of brainwashing if not brain-damaging.

I can't recall anything about Latin class, and I took it for 2 years.

Yes, same here. I guess our brains were once sponges... now just dirty soggy rags.

However, if we stuck with all those TV series, it's probably because they were good, humorous and sometimes, educational on a social level.

Brainwashing, yes, but rather in that era than today's crap.

Wasted, but also saved... without the hours spent in front of the TV, I probably would have got in a lot of trouble on the streets of Philadelphia and backstreets of London.

40 out of 40. I spent way too much time watching tv.

My two favorite shows were "Leave it to Jeanie" and "I Dream of Beaver".

Kinda disappointed that they left out "Mr. Ed" and "My Favorite Martian".

Most definitely...

Stumbled across this favorite and have been binge-watching it a bit lately. Kolchak The Night Stalker absolutely didn't miss an episode on Friday night at 9 pm in 1974 I was 10 years old. No doubt one reason I like weird and strange stuff

To be fair, a few of these I had not watched, but were so iconic, I had of course heard of them. like my 3 sons & dragnet & I Mcales navy.

Ive seen reruns though.

The questions seem to indicate a lack of variety in the shows covered. Not even a Star Trek question? No Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea? No Wonderful World of Disney? Not even Mickey Mouse Club? Can we at least get a Jetsons question? No?

Rather disappointing.
