Most Americans are starting [finally] to see that a serious double standard is being used. One set of rules for Democrats and then there's everyone else.

Five 2020 election irregularities, illegalities that collide with Jack Smith's Trump indicment.
1. Illegal ballot drop boxes.
2. A foreign intrusion
3 The laptop lie
4 Illegal exemptions from voter ID
5. Fulton County irregularities.
I'll also add a 6th:
PA SCOTUS case in 2022.

Given all these, and Article II of the Constitution, good luck.

An opinion that many lawyers agree on.
Trump can't weasel is way out of this one.
It will be interesting to see what Georgia's indictment will say next week.
Seely said five governors in swing states changed election rules and procedures that ended up determining the election.
"Why did 45 other governors dealing with states of emergency and COVID, didn't feel it was necessary to change election rules and procedures and violate the U.S Constitution?" he asked. "We owe voters the truth."
A report by The Georgia Star News indicated that 67.5% of the states estimated 600,000 absentee vote by mail ballots lack chain of custody documents.

Yes. Almost all lawyers and legal scholars are saying Trump is screwed on this one.
The tiny minority that think Trump has a valid defense do not exactly have a good track record.

This.
My (Q)uestion is this: will ANY spaghetti stick the wall, and why wasn't this the charge to begin with, right after 1/6?
OK I admit that's two (Q)uestions, for those with Anal Retentiveness Disorder.

They didn't charge him immediately after 1/6 because they had to find evidence of wrongdoing. That meant a lot of questioning of people near him and people who talked with him and people who attended.
He's been given more breaks that you or I would have gotten.
