An opinion that many lawyers agree on.

Trump can't weasel is way out of this one.

It will be interesting to see what Georgia's indictment will say next week.

No reasonable person would believe you can text a vote. It's absurd.

Kangaroo court BS.

Hmm, " no reasonable people" would have fallen for that guys tweet? ATS quoted and loved them some Sydney Powell, heck she's likely one of the co-conspirators in the indictment and yet she said:

Kraken lawyer Sidney Powell admitted in a filing in federal court that “no reasonable person would conclude that [her] statements were truly statements of fact.” Powell made the filing in response to a defamation suit from Dominion Voting Systems in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

SOS.GA

Seems there are quite a few here on ATS, and including the former President who are "not reasonable" and prone to be taken in by hucksters spouting election fraud bs. I guess there are more unreasonable people than you think.

Even Van Jones admitted what trump did was perfectly legal. I can't find the video now of course because big tech is making it difficult to find.

Well, we have about 8 years of history.

How many of your opinions have worked out in the face of evidence?

Did she actually trick anyone to casting fake votes?

Mackey had people file complaints that they were tricked into casting fake votes because of his posts. Thus us primarily why he was prosecuted

So your argument is that Trump voters were smart enough to smell BS, and Clinton voters were not .

That's true but still no excuse for unequal application of the law.

Did you read what legal scholars are saying?
I am sure you didn’t because when you see evidence you don’t want to hear, you stick your fingers in your ears and say “Na na na”

Completely unconstitutional charges, which is fine with you guys because you hate the Constitution.

Big question is….Will you come back and apologize when you are wrong?

"A totalitarian regime in complete control followed by mass poverty, mass starvation, and mass murder."

Wow. Some hyperbole there.

Do you understand the difference between socialism and communism?

I do .
Technically socialism is a form of government and communism is a form of economic structure.
However , they go together and are inseparable .

Yep and Tucker. But oddly enough the President and ATS love both Sidney and Tucker. Which means the President was listening to Sidney, as she was all up in the GA and fake elector scheme. Heck, Trump wanted to appoint Sidney Powell as a special counsel into election fraud. So, you can take that two ways. Either he was once again duped, or he knew she had no facts, but thought his base would just keep believing her bs.
Link

As for Maddow, I'm not sure you ever see many people here linking to Maddow, if it all. And I haven't heard the current President has concocted any schemes because he's working with her closely.

Even more amazing is the attempt to pivot away from the history of the defense.

All in the face of 6 key elements i listed in the first page.

Tell me, do you believe that secure elections falla under the purview of the executive branch?

So, that's a "no" then?

Please do explain what you think socialism and communism might be. Which was my question?

No amount of explaining anything (including links to the Twitter post arrest) will get past your cognitive dissonance… I’d tell you to “look it up” if you can’t figure it out… but we both know you wouldn’t do that because you’re not intellectually honest enough to ever challenge your ignorance… only deny it…

But but… this time they got that Mean Tweeting Orange Man dead to rights… I’d say to cue Lizzo but even she got canceled by her own side of idiots for being a fraud like every other leftist progressive shill… including the ones here… 🐸

So, yeah, not a "hoax".

The thing about these one-liner gotcha clips is that there is no context to the conversation. Also, they rely on ignorance. Notice the options were laid out to Pence, not Trump. Trump said, 'it'd be great if you chose this option.'
Pence said, 'nah, homie.'

Why were the options given to Pence? Because Pence was the VP, and it was time to exercise one of his few roles of authority.

Between Habba's and Lauro's comments, Trump's defense is pretty obvious.

They're going to argue that the Electoral Count Act is ambiguous.

It was not just "text to vote". They went much further than that in an effort to suppress votes.

If it was that simple no charges would have filed.

Remember he was found guilty by a jury if his peers.

Those who claim it was over just a meme are either grossly misinformed OR spreading misinformation to demonized the DOJ.
