"Other countries of the World " have a tiered health system, meaning some have "free" healthcare, but there's also extra Healthcare if the citizen(s) can afford it.

In other words, there's "free" medical when needed and there's also other options. Like, can you pay for added insurance? Are your citizens allowed to go to a different doctor and pay out of pocket for "extra" or maybe better care?

Here in the U.S. we do not.

Obamacare made it to where EVERYONE (except Congress and their families) has the exact same care.

While it sounds good, in theory, it really isn't. It will cripple Healthcare, which is currently happening.

So, whether you are a legal citizen, or not, you get the same Healthcare with the same doctors and same hospitals. Only difference is I pay $1000 and you pay $0 (or, vice versa).

We get the same stitches, the same wait time, the same care; only we are charged differently.

The only exception is Congress. They, and their families, have completely different care, better stitches, and fancy hospitals. Without paying for it.

We, citizens and non-citizens, ALL get the exact same care without regard to $$.

It's better to quit work and go on disability, if someone in your family gets cancer.

Htf is that sustainable?

That's why ibuprofen is $80 a pill.

Socialists or Marxists like Corbyn have been pretty much unelectable over here.

Like I said, the NHS has been a blessing for me.

It's on it's knees a bit at the moment but will pull through, hopefully.

The alternative is private treatment which is unaffordable for most or sky high medical insurance.

Same here, but it's $80 for a single pill, at the ER.

It'd be great, if we had "free Healthcare " for our CITIZENS (not illegal immigrants) along with the option to pay extra for extra amenities.

We don't have that here. You are ONLY allowed the same care as others with zero insurance.

Our U.S. President doesn't have that authority. That would be authoritative rule, kind of like what Biden is doing with EOs.

Our government doesn't allow the President to make law, which is why Biden can't eliminate student debt. That's up to Congress. Americans should know this, but too many of us are ignorant of our own Constitution and don't understand how it works

Biden can promise to pay for all mortgages, if elected. The ignorant among us will believe it and vote him in.

Then, when mortgages aren't eliminated, Biden will blame Republicans and the ignorant will believe him.

And around and round we go.

I really doubt the part that I am brainwashed. I am sure though the radical left fits the definition very well. I was asked what radical left means as Trump has used it many times. It's a few pages back but let's see

Calling everyone else right wing even if they're left.
Hate free speech and freedom of expression.
Trying to silence and cancel everyone who doesn't subscribe to their views (woke and radical left)
Not understanding biology at all and insisting men can be women and women can be men just by saying they are. Believing in the existence of infinite genders. Not doing great with science and believe the world will end of we keep using fossil fuels or if we keep eating meat (instead they propose eating insects).
