I have said since Jan 7 that I bet the liberals in Congress are silently jumping up and down with joy that this happened. They might have had even secret Jan 6 parties celebrating that it all went down. And even from day one of this, it has always looked like it was "helped" to make it happen. Kind of like leaving your wallet on top of your car in a poor district of a city type of help.

No, you are trying to put words in my mouth that I do not agree with. I want him to get a fair trial from a jury of his peers and I will accept any outcome that comes as a result of said trial whether I agree with it personally or not. I have faith in the patriots in our justice system who devote their lives to our country similarly to our military and other first responders.

I have said in numerous threads on this board that if Biden broke the law, he should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of thet law. After he is done his term unless he is impeached by Congress. The previous administration set the bar that the federal government will not prosecute a sitting president.

The republicans have the majority in the house, if they have EVIDENCE .. not heresay testimony ... of wrong doing by Biden, then impeach away!

That there is a BS statement as the DOJ under Biden sets what they want to go after. Watching the news the last six years has been a # show. The people in office don’t behave correctly. Our country is an embarrassment on display at the moment. When a slate of electors is contested during the joint session doing the counting, the rules call for both houses to go off separately and debate the issue for two hours and then vote. That's exactly what happened on Jan. 6. In order to sustain the objection, both houses have to agree with the objection by simple majority vote. Senator Cruz' objection was defeated.

Wait until the judge just announces that these things are all prejudicial and not allowed. And does this type of things throughput the trial. What do we do ? Absolutely nothing. From my understanding, The Constitution allows for States to contest their electors and on January 6th, 7 states were prepared to do just that. Arizona actually succeeded and submitted over 1,000 pieces of election irregularity, malfeasance, and fraud evidence before the breach.

I propose that ending the proceedings on January 6th, and whatever schemes led up to the breach and that decision, was the real election interference.

If not the public, than Congress deserves to see the sealed records from the 6th.

This is where the problem lies. To date there has not been a single piece of evidence presented anywhere (including the dozens of cases that actually made it to court) to prove that there was election interference on a scale that would have altered the outcome.

The tagline of this site is literally "Deny Ignorance" but countless times on this site you read about people claiming that something is true without a shred of evidence.

If there is valid evidence that the election was rigged (to a level that would have affected the outcome) why hasn't someone come forward with said evidence? Why has nothing been presented in a court of law?

I'm all for conspiracies and all, but the scale that this would have had to happen on, and the number of people involved, would be unfathomable. I wouldn't say impossible, but similar to the odds of me winning the Powerball...lol

I know most posters on this site are hard right supporters, and most won't believe a single piece of evidence that doesn't follow their narrative, but if we want to this site to truly Deny Ignorance, then we must follow the evidence, and not personal beliefs or opinions. Just my humble 2 cents.

That's because any single piece of evidence wouldn't have proved enough election interference to swing the election.

What we saw was multifaceted and systematic irregularities, malfeasance, and fraud.

Not one, not a dozen, but over 2,000 mules, along with thousands of other issues, each effecting the election just enough for the grand scheme to be pulled off.

This was death by a thousand cuts.

A serious look at the evidence before it was destroyed, altered, or covered up reveals just how much effort went into "fortifying" the 2020 election.

The 2020 election fraud would have had to been proven with a preponderance of evidence, which simply was not allowed to be seen by any reasonable court, and was otherwise swept under a rug.

That's exactly what many of us have been doing since the election. I've personally spent over 100 hours looking at evidence from the 2020 election and a lot of what I've seen is beyond damning. So much so, I suspect that the national security apparatus has been, and is being used to cover-up and suppress the evidence.

Some of us folks from ATS complied a lot of that evidence here and here.
