Impeach Smith? No chance. he will be protected by either bending laws or better still ignoring any legal process just like how they are ignoring all the legal processes for years about the present administration.

The name of their game is they cannot allow Trump to win the next presidential election and I think he will and they will use any means fair or foul to stop him achieving that. Here is where i will give you a prediction for 2024. God forbid it never happens:- If they can't take him down they will know they have lost so about August/ September 2024 there will be a manufactured crisis so pervasive that Biden and the Dems will declare martial law, stop any election and hold on to power for as long as they can. You think you have it bad now but if that happens things will get 100s of times worse.

Congress should shut Smith down. He will keep inventing charges until he has all online Trump supporters marked for arrest... Just As Biden wants to see.

Why and how?

What law would they use to shut this down?

You forget that nothing is against the norm here, charges are filed and he is innocent until proven guilty. The prosecutor has to PROVE everything they are alleging and the defendant has a chance to defend themselves and prove all the charges are wrong.

That's how the American system works. And if these end up being all frivolous charges and the prosecutor made them up and can't prove any of it, then there is a good chance of that prosecuting attorney being sanctioned, perhaps even disbarred.

The best you can do is send Trump money. He's already used up $59.2 million in donations to his PACs as a personal legal defense fund. That's over the last two years and the trials have yet to begin. He needs more money and he doesn't have that kind of money himself, not on his own. Send help.

Trumps new lawyers are incompetent to do anything to help the ex president.

www.forbes.com...

Not to mention all of trumps ex closest advisers have ratted him out, including Jared.

His rationale for why he did what he did has no bearing. He was told by multiple lawyers that what he was attempting fell outside the law and still he proceeded.

From my understanding, The Constitution allows for States to contest their electors and on January 6th, 7 states were prepared to do just that, and Arizona actually succeeded and submitted over 1,000 pieces of election irregularity, malfeasance, and fraud evidence before the protester breach.

I propose that ending the proceedings on January 6th and whatever schemes led up to that, was the real election interference. If not the public, than Congress deserves to see the sealed records from the 6th.

Yeah, we've been hearing for six years how incompetent and disloyal Trump's lawyers and confidants are. Yet somehow he skates on every single thing thrown at him.

If I ever need to lawyer up, I hope I get some backstabbers of the same caliber.

August 4th deadline quickly approaches. Be prepared to add another reason for the deranged Jack Smith to have his Golden Goose shut down...

Mr. Gaetz, Mr. Burlison and Mr. Rosendale also sent a letter in July requesting that Mr. Garland hand over unredacted copies of the conflict of interest reviews that Mr. Smith underwent before being appointed special counsel.

The letter, signed by nine GOP House lawmakers, said Mr. Smith has a “history of questionable political persecutions.” The letter also noted that Mr. Smith’s wife produced a documentary about former first lady Michelle Obama and donated to President Biden’s 2020 campaign, which raised “concerns about potential conflicts of interest for Mr. Smith.”

The lawmakers gave the Justice Department until Aug. 4 to hand over the documents.

As was pointed out yesterday, when lawyers don't go along with what the "Lawfare" status-quo demands, they get bad-mouthed, and even have their licenses revoked... just like doctors who tell the truth about Covid-19 and the so-called "vaccines" are punished. (See the pattern? We're going to fix it.)

So the thread whose title is about impeaching Smith isn't about impeaching Smith?

no, it's about a tweet. which reads:
1. Demand that Jack Smith present himself before the House Judiciary Committee for a transcribed interview in the next 15 days.

2. If not he does not do that, we should send a subpoena.

3. If he ignores the subpoena, we should hold him in criminal contempt of Congress so that he is the first prosecutor in American history to be prosecuting a case while himself under criminal contempt.

4. If Attorney General Merrick Garland doesn't enforce that criminal contempt, then we ought to impeach him!

See, it's about impeaching Garland. But you have to both click the link, and comprehend what's there. You seem to have missed at least one of those, if not both. Hit me up if you need more help. Always happy to assist.

What Trump did was simply challenge all the fraud and lies. What you and the left are doing using J6 to Trump are the exact same things Hitler did with the Reichstag fire, using it to blame his opposers falsely, promoting false narratives and create law by ruling party decree. Complete tyranny. What will you do when Tyranny runs wild on you? Blame Trump some more?

Matt Gaetz is probably one of the 6 co-conspirators. That's why he's so anxious to get Smith to spill the beans on what he's got.
