I'm waiting for the DoJ to indict all the republican candidates.

If they're all in jail, Biden wins!

Jellied eels are disgusting. Pie and mash is good.

Bacon and sausages with marmalade is better.

Who before and who since has been held to the same legal standard please?

The answer to your question is that ALL Presidents who tried to illegally stay in office after being voted out (you know, like they do sometimes in banana republics) have been held to the same legal standard.

Fortunately, we've only had one such President in the last 235 years of the Republic.

Ok.

So...where are those charges then? The sedition and insurrection?

C'mon, lets see it.

You find the timing suspicious?

What are you, a conspiracy theorist?

What?

Is there some difference between not paying his lawyers legal fees and not paying his lawyer?

Interesting distinction.

so everyone is just gonna let this insanity stand?

well here let me show you the distinction

if i pay a mechanic to fix my car .. i pay my mechanic

if my mechanic does something he shouldnt ... i dont pay his legal bills

easy enough or is even this to hard to wrap your head around?

Again , this starts to look like a slapstick endeavour.
Probably MSN is falling behind with their headlines

A big question is who are the 6 unnamed co-conspirators?

As FOX reports:

The Tuesday indictment against former President Donald Trump on charges stemming from Special Counsel Jack Smith's investigation into the Jan. 6, 2021 Capitol riot includes six unnamed co-conspirators.

Those co-conspirators, the indictment says on pages three and four, include four attorneys, one Justice Department official and one political consultant.

Four attorneys... Giuliani, Powell, Eastman... the fourth?

Which political consultant?

Probably more big news in a few days.

Not at all.

Your country deserves so much better than those two thoroughly unfit-for-office idiots.

I know we get completely unsuitable candidates served up to us for 'high office' over here but these two really take some beating.
Do you realise just how bad this makes the USA look on the world stage?

I genuinely feel sorry for you and your great nation.

But being a Brit I just can't help but see the humour in the absurdity of it all and can't help but take the piss.

And I'm mighty fine thanks about Brexit, all for it.

4th attorney (co-conspirator 5) is Kenneth Chesebro.

Political consultant (co-conspirator 6) is still unclear.

So conversing with attorneys is now a crime.

I'm thinking for the second time, Trumps attorney-client privilege will be pierced.

However I'm guessing many will applaud that as well, completely ignorant of what that means.

Epshteyn is my pick for the last attorney. Jeff Clark is the Justice Department employee. I'm guessing the political consultant is Miller.

I forgot about Chesebro. You're probably right on that one.
