The US house of representatives legal team sent an amicus to be placed on the docket for Hunters prosecution outlining the other crimes they are investigating in their pervue. The purpose was to inform the judge that the plea deal should be reviewed more thoroughly as Hunter is under investigation for other crimes by the house of representatives.
It was placed on the docket.
At some point before the hearing (maybe the day before - I forget) the manager for Hunters defense team contacted the court clerk claiming to be from the House of representatives legal team and told the clerk that there was personal imformation on the amicus that was incorrect and asked the cleark to remove the amicus. The clerk did so as this is normal to happen at times from the appropriate parties.
The house of reps legal team reviewed the docket at some point and realized that their amicus was missing and contacted the clerk and asked why.
Eventually it was realized that Hunters team did it and the end result was the judge ordered that all further changes to the docket had to go through her personally.

To me this seems that Hunters team is shifty and it makes me wonder how many times have they as a legal org has done such sneaky things before. Also I am surprised that there are no repurcussions for this behavior. If interested, please watch this video detailing the event.

The judges order for all docket entries to go through her after the event is on another video by the same youtuber. If asked I will find it eventually.
I am curious if any of the MSM Biden supporters here have even heard of this little fiasco?

Also if you claim this is not real then I cannot personally believe anything you say as in the video I have provided, every single public court document related to this event is included in the video above with the exception of the judges order post event which I can find if needed. I just have to leave here in a bit and cannot do so at the moment.

No repercussions yet. Sanctions are likely and possible referral for disbarment.

THis comment adds absolutely nothing to this posty post. Thanks for nothing. I am not a Qtard. I think Q is a psyop to misdirect well meaning people. Please try to focus on the subject at hand.

The judge should have given Hunter's legal team 5 days in county lockup for contempt of court. Impersonating as authorized to defraud the court. That's a good example of contempt of court.

Judges can't unilaterally hand down sentences with no trial.

The Founding Fathers built a legal system based on checks & balances for a reason.

Also in the video he shows the emails back and forth between Hunters team and the house of reps legal team that are so obnoxious I was almost laughing at the cockiness that Hunters legal team has. Its as if his lawyers think they are Hunter S Thompson's lawyer in Fear and Loathing. You can tell they really think highly of themselves and sort of consider themselves above the law.

Sometimes I think the modern left think of themselves as weird movie stars in a weird role instead of being on earth with the rest of us.

Are you saying a judge cant send someone immediately to jail for contempt?

We see it all the time in the movies. It never happens in real life? huh! who knew?

Well apparently in WDC they can throw "MAGA republican white supremicist" in jail without a trial for years.

Obnoxious is a good word for the whole Biden crew, down to the damn dogs. So I'm not surprised Hunter has obnoxious lawyers.

Birds of a Feather and all.

It bugs me they are just down the Coast Highway, in Malibu, living it up. They all need to be in lockup.

It appears that Hunter's team committed blatant misconduct
by impersonating a member of Congress in a phone call to
the Judges office in an attempt to remove the evidence
away from the Judges eyes.

Hunter's team should be sanctioned, and hopefully the
congressional committee will file an ethics complaint.

But since Hunter's team is working in conjunction
with the DOJ to protect the Biden crime dealings,
it is doubtful any consequences will be handed down.

You may want to look into the J6 cases and who exactly is requesting delays.

They were attempting to seal the amicus so it wouldn't be publically available. There's nothing they could do that would prevent the judge from seeing it.

There's almost definitely going to be sanctions and possibly disbarment referrals.

Hunter isn't an employee of the government and neither are his lawyers, so I'm not entirely sure what the House Ethics Committee is supposed to do.

I agree. The q stuff is a distraction and now possibly used as such. As for the OP however, this is a raunchy situation. We seen it before many times. Rules for thee and not for me type scenarios. This indubitably will just be the big whomper that will make all Americans scratch their heads in disbelief and wonder how Justice was lost? My country needs an Enema from the mouth to the Sphincter.

They were the victims, it was the house legal team that was impersonated.

Who are they declaring war against over Hunter's lawyers being idiots?

It should be mentioned the last time Congress actually declared war was World War II.
