Only if he is really really stupid .

The Big guy is the only thing keeping him alive.

They dropped charges against Sam Bankman Fried. Pretty sure the same is going to happen with Cocaine Bear Biden.

His charges were dropped because of his DNC ties. He was laundering money and too many would fall on that one.

My understanding is the Bahama's are being blamed for this switcheroo to protect a mega Biden donor. Bahama's wouldnt extradite him unless they dropped the campaign finance charges that were against him. WHAT???

This smells like the same switcheroo on Hunters plea deal that the judge caught on to. It would have not been a plea deal but a blanket pardon, without the political hit to the Big Guy if he just went ahead and issued one.

Amazing how the ties that bind are also the ties that are above justice.

The judge said this isn't normal. She's never seen anything like this before. DOJ bent over backwards to treat this guy with kid gloves because of who he is. You all want criminal justice reform to correct things just like this, where a rich white elitist gets away with # that would have a working class man in prison.

It is honestly strange how willing the DOJ , Media and Certain ATS members are to just throw their hand on a blade for this guy .

I get it yes he is Biden's son so the Left must protect him but it comes to a point when you've gotta ask yourself is he worth it ? I mean what does this guy Hunter bring to the Table ? Does he have a Promising political future ? Is their a possible Presidential bid in the future ? Are his painting the stuff of Davinci himself.....

I thought from the get go when the Laptop surfaced " That's it they are gonna suicide this Kid " but yet here the Left remains playing damage control.

I don't think it's that complicated.

They're just used to getting away with it. Over half the population is thoroughly brainwashed. It's glaringly obvious Biden is corrupt and compromised and they'll still vote for him.

Why wouldn't DOJ ignore the Constitution and protect the Bidens? What are the consequences gonna be? They've already been exposed and we still do nothing.

I anticipate a very threatened and very scared judge quietly announcing that it’s time to put this behind us, stop the bickering, and approve the original deal.
Either that or she was paid handsomely to pretend Hunter was really in trouble for a week or two, so the leftist / media machine can say forever more, that “he was really put through the ringer !” While his free pass was never in question.

This thing we have now is the stuff of Mao, Stalin, Castro, Chavez, Putin, etc.
No laws for the dem families, donors and voters. Hard hard laws for everyone else.
Boy we got there fast, didn’t we ?
We literally do have one last chance to change it, in 2024. If we can fight off the big cheat phase 2, and own the WH and both houses, we can do a Nuremberg with real hangings to make the point.
If we don’t go all the way, and pussy out after winning the elections, this mess will be back soon enough, with no more chances to change it.
Fun times.
Of course if we do get the win and have the guts, we will be re-fighting the George Floyd summer of love
X 1000, in every city. Be ready for that.

this whole thing just got super weird. He had a plea deal, but is still under investigation?

How does that work? I realize at the moment, it doesn't, since he didn't get his super nice deal, apparently door number 2 was chosen for him, and he gets to go to trial. (which could be epic)

Nothing weird. It’s pure corruption.

They already have it locked down. The winner of major elections will be chosen for us from now on.

All they have to do is make it believable, and thats what these witchhunts are really all about. Making the cheat believable.

agreed.
the mail in ballots proved enough for them to steal the last election.

Every dissertation I read about how its a LIE the 2020 election was stolen, I ask the author: tell me how they validated millions of mail-in ballot signatures.

Nobody EVER has an answer. It's a simple question. They write pages long screeds about how crazy the election deniers are, but I've never gotten an answer.

Here's the answer: when the signature compare algorithms were rejecting too many signatures to ever be validated by hand, they turned that function of the software off.

Most people don't know this.

Is it even worth it to wait in line to vote anymore?
It seemed that Trumps election caught the establishment so off-guard that they will NEVER allow it to happen again. Sadly.

(not to be all "doom and gloom".. but hey...)

Im asking myself that very thing, and being a conservative in CA, it's even more useless waste of time. I try to support 3rd parties when I know the republican cant win, or if I just don't like them. I vote for propositions which are commonly on every ballot here.

I never expect a victory toast at the end of the night!

A conservative in CA? God bless you..

I know most of CA is conservative outside of the major cities (I suppose that's how the entirety of the US is though)

Some info from a guy off Twitter about the Hunter plea deal that collapsed...

Based on conversations with people who were in the courtroom today, and my experience as a former federal prosecutor, I think I know the full story of what happened with the Hunter Biden plea agreement blow-up this morning.

Bear with me, because this is a little complicated:

Typically, if the Government is offering to a defendant that it will either drop charges or decline to bring new charges in return for the defendant's guilty plea, the plea is structured under Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 11(c)(1)(A). An agreement not to prosecute Hunter for FARA violations or other crimes in return for his pleading guilty to the tax misdemeanors, for example, would usually be a (c)(1)(A) plea. This is open, transparent, subject to judicial approval, etc.

In Hunter's case, according to what folks in the courtroom have told me, Hunter's plea was structured under Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 11(c)(1)(B), which is usually just a plea in return for a joint sentencing recommendation only, and contained no information on its face about other potential charges, and contained no clear agreement by DOJ to forego prosecution of other charges.

Instead, DOJ and Hunter's lawyers effectively hid that part of the agreement in what was publicly described as a pretrial diversion agreement relating to a § 922(g)(3) gun charge against Hunter for being a drug user in possession of a firearm.

That pretrial diversion agreement as written was actually MUCH broader than just the gun charge. If Hunter were to complete probation, the pretrial diversion agreement prevented DOJ from ever bringing charges against Hunter for any crimes relating to the offense conduct discussed in the plea agreement, which was purposely written to include his foreign influence peddling operations in China and elsewhere.

So they put the facts in the plea agreement, but put their non-prosecution agreement in the pretrial diversion agreement, effectively hiding the full scope of what DOJ was offering and Hunter was obtaining through these proceedings. Hunter's upside from this deal was vast immunity from further prosecution if he finished a couple years of probation, and the public wouldn't be any the wiser because none of this was clearly stated on the face of the plea agreement, as would normally be the case.

Judge Noreika smelled a rat. She understood that the lawyers were trying to paint her into a corner and hide the ball. Instead, she backed DOJ and Hunter's lawyers into a corner by pulling all the details out into the open and then indicating that she wasn't going to approve a deal as broad as what she had discovered.

DOJ, attempting to save face and save its case, then stated on the record that the investigation into Hunter was ongoing and that Hunter remained susceptible to prosecution under FARA. Hunter's lawyers exploded. They clearly believed that FARA was covered under the deal, because as written, the pretrial diversion agreement language was broad enough to cover it. They blew up the deal, Hunter pled not guilty, and that's the current state of play.

And so here we are. Hunter's lawyers and DOJ are going to go off and try to pull together a new set of agreements, likely narrower, to satisfy Judge Noreika. Fortunately, I doubt if FARA or any charges related to Hunter's foreign influence peddling will be included, which leaves open the possibility of further investigations leading to further prosecutions.

There’s more than enough proof overall, spread across the swing states conveniently, to prove it.
But it will take a wide reaching effort to tie it all together, which really needs the media, academia, and at least a few honest dems, to ever happen.
Unfortunately every last one of them is covering it up and fighting whoever is investigating.
The only hope now is knowing the tactics and somehow being ready, proactively stopping them.
We seem to have uncovered most or all of it. Just what do we do to stop it up front. Probably see a lot of police stopping the stoppers.
Hell, last time they closed down voting voting precincts at 9 or 10, then only dems went back at 1 or 2 AM and went cheat crazy.
We’re supposed to be able to count on cops to stop something like that, but I think they simply helped them do it in a lot of towns.

I hope we will be watching too carefully this time for anyone to get away.

But in many states, mass vote by mail is the norm now.

A travesty.
