VW Bugs

This kind of relates to Space_CowBoy33 post.

There is something that just pisses me off. I have no idea why I just get irritated. I can't stand when young people drive the new VW beetles. Growing my parents both had VW bugs. We actually had three of them. For some reason, I just feel that it can only be appreciated by adults like my parents age (late fifties and up) because they grew up with them and it is a cultural icon.

Nowadays, I see young kids (16-21) with the new VW and it just makes me mad. lol, sounds silly huh? I know.

Hey I love beetles! I want to get on of those convertable beetles!

i know exactly where youre coming from....ive had 5 vw beetles..(old ones)...theres something about them i love....the new ones have no class or style....and i dont think you can modify them at all......with the old ones you had so much scope to work with......when i get the funds and the time im going to build one with a porsche flat 6 in it......that should be awesome...every one loves a beetle....their friendly cars!
