I saw a few vids on a few provinces in China keeping the local council employees' wages topped up to amounts like thirty percent on fines and confiscations of vehicles. It appears that this is now the ongoing economic meme in many Chinese cities with people actually buying electric wheelchairs as an alternative means of transport because there are no regulations on them. The truckloads of bikes being confiscated for petty reasons are now being sold to other countries. This does not make it look like China is a role model for the future world order. It makes them look like they are going broke like everywhere else, have a look at this.

Why wouldn't the Chinese government just confiscate the wheel chairs next?

That would mean a cop's mother would have a problem getting the groceries. But they might have to prove that they need one. That's the trouble with central planning a cock up goes nationwide instead of staying local.

The US has kinda the same sort of thing with personal property... Someone is profiled as being more or less an outstanding citizen than officer so and so and due to programs of police in the neighborhood etc. as community watch preparedness such real property is then leaned like a bet or wager and then the stalking commences and strikes at the first opportunity to see if the wager was accurate... With mandatory minimums and maximums and the amount of cases before a court such things are planned to where if one is found mentally unstable "involuntary commitment 30 days" or incarcerated for 30 before the real trial if not guilty in such a case then either way it is thirty days, one is time served and the other keep your appointments. while such material leans on real property continue to go on through profiling unabated.

On such occasions that I have been sidelined or inconvenienced out of profiling from a desire for my real property; I have met actors actresses and even politicians... In other words no one appears to be immune from such profiling or dare I say gang stalking by law enforcement wanting someone else's real property as their own.

Police the world over pad their budgets with over zealous fines and trumped up charges. It would seem that China has taken this money making scam to a new level. The Chinese people do not deserve the corrupt idiots that are in charge of China IMO.

As clear as all of this has been, you don't see something you don't look for. I've known since I became aware in the mid-70s, all this is unsustainable. It only makes sense and we all should have learned our lesson when the U.S. acquired the Louisiana Territory (Article). If that is too far back, then Venezuela's history of the last 20 years (DDZ Link). I can't repeat this enough it seems.

You must understand it's all a scam. Please look at pianos post. It's as simple as this, Say there is 1000,000 people in the country, you manufacture 2000,000 cycles, 100% too many so you collect them and either scrap them or sell them off. BUT, look at the figures for cycle manufactures and it will show their business is booming and foreign investors would jump at the chance of investing in such a successful company. Just don't look too deep.

One reason for the 2nd Amendment. If the Chinese people had guns the police would be worried.

China is a petri dish for leftist policies.

If you think for one second that this isn't going to happen in your country in one way or another, you're in for a rude awakening.

It's the exact same scam American car makers have been pulling for decades.

"Buy your Ford-Thunder-Cougar-Falcon-Bird, get 'em while their hot."

Yes thought there was a good 'boots on the ground' report here regarding the horrors of their SC system.

China reasoning is impossible to understand from one moment to the next because the entire country is ran under the thumb of a insane dictator leadership.

Ok, so I thought the world wanted to move towards electric moped bikes, to you know "Save the World from Global Warming"?

No , I think this might be more something like a snap judgment done by a pissed off dictator that got tired of mopeds getting in the way of their Hongqi L5 limousine.

I think we can safely say that China might be having problems. Which seems very similar to the West.

They are starting to feel the squeeze like we have. Tent cities of homeless, jobless, disabled. China practically makes everything. So if our economy dips so will theirs. They will collapse faster because of their population. That just proves how much these government institutions lie about how bad things are. They say we're a 3% inflation right now. Yeah sure we are. They don't include housing, fuel and food and those 3 things directly cause havoc on our economy and everyone knows it.

It is a worry, the stuff I get from China on Alliexpress, is basically good well priced stuff at a fraction of the price you can buy it at home. But if one item on the product fails then it is junk. So my strategy is to get the spares now while you still can. For instance, pistons rings a top end for my Hn 125 a complete replacement ignition system, 30 bucks You won't ever see this again. The same items from the States are like two hundred and two hundred shipping. I got an 800-watt inverter for thirty bucks. Crazy prices and free shipping but I fear its coming to an end.

It would be cool if someone could get all those batteries from the rotting electric cars and convert them into house batteries that get charged from solar panels or windmills/watermills and then give you a good deal of power at night. I talked to people about using older batteries that are worn for car use and would still work well in a house, but here we have like a million new ones.

That was one shocking video to watch ,almost as bad as the streets of America but without the drugs scene .

Instead of blowing up the good tower blocks and empty cities they would be better nationalising them and shipping the people to them rather than live on the streets .

Same with the wages of a lot of eastern countries like China ,Russia etc they are pitifull compared to what we earn in the west and people are crying out for jobs and money ,

I would ship tens of thousands of pensioners over there as our health care system is collapsing due to lack of staff and crazy rates to look after a senior in the west it would be a win win for all involved .

Quess that is to much like sense for those at the top to come up with
