What's your favorite remix?

We all have our favorites, maybe it's because of the original or perhaps it's because the remixed completely changed your opinion of the original track.
I'm going to post a few of my favorites with both the original and the remix.

I generally don't like remix's but DJ Z-Trip's remix of Tom Sayer I do like.

Two remixes I haven't heard before as I wouldn't really pick a Britney track to listen to for one of 'em. It's very different to the orginal

I have been listening to a lot of Crystal Method of late. Likely my favorite breakbeat remix music. Good for when I am coding.

These are pretty interesting dig Annie Lennox and Fatboy Slim, but remix really hit when I was in my adulting phase so I have to search more to find ones that speak to me.

First heard Pretty Lights vs Led Zeppelin on the opening of a podcast way back in 2016, after checking out some of their other stuff. I can't listen to it loud enough.











The Classic Rock guy in me thought I'd hate this Clapton/Allman Brothers take, but it actually is a good listen

I typically hate remixes. I have heard a couple over the years I thought were tastefully done, but I can't post one, because they weren't impressive enough to remember honestly.

To each their own though. It's art, and everyone has their own tastes.

My favorite remix/club mix is Enigma's " The principals of lust". It's from the early 90's i think. Check it.

Luckily, I still can't do videos with this phone because there's loads of Old School goodies I'd like to see on here.

I hear you, I dig 60s 70s, and 80s Classic Rock mostly too, still finding tunes I didn't know about there. But I got daughters and nephews and nieces who did, and it was cool for them to listen to a remix and then to listen to the original.

Well, that and Guitar Hero...

As a Welshman, the Something Good mix has been played on numerous occasions.

Indeed, we used to go to clubs just like that one
