Yup, Huw should already have been castrated as part of his 'treatment'.

Almost as disgusting was the cover up enacted by the BBC and other establishment players. They knew "Huw" it was and only stated the facts once they had no other choice.

Joe Average likely doesn't get that kind of protective arrangement.
