Most earthquakes are likely natural, although I suspect some are instigated by mankind both intentionally and unintentionally.

I believe much of our technology come from beings on the other side. They have been feeding men technology from the very beginning. Want to see some alien technology? Just look around you. I don't think they need a portal to speak into your mind, however, they may need one to actually come through in a physical sense.

We are in the "end times" now, and they are scheduled to make another appearance soon, just like "as in the days of Noah". The New World Order is being set up by them, through evil humans that do their dealing for gain.

I suspect Mount Hermon to be a portal site. That is the place the beings who "left their first estate" entered , arrived at, and first came down the mountain from. They found human women to be attractive, and appear to have begun trading technology for sex. They took human wives, and you can be sure they had special gifts for them.

I really doubt that. The energies involved are phenomenal and planet scale. It would be hard to hide that sort of power generation. It would be expensive, too. Perhaps it might be possible to tip already potential earthquakes into happening, but I imagine that would require a lot of explosives and heavy engineering, and would be obvious.

The scientists have found a way to open portals or dimensions that allow us to talk to dark entities.

Again, this would involve vast amounts of power - more than the output of massive stars. There is theory that spacetime could be bent or torn, such happens in black holes. But they are all too far away and beyond any human engineering. There have been experiments that have caused very slight, but measurable, deformities of spacetime, but you can achieve the same by just going up a mountain.

No high energy physics experiment has yet opened a portal to anywhere, and usually they monitor very tiny things that are over in fractions of a second. There is no time or space to establish communication even if they had opened a portal, and even if there there just happened to be someone on the other end.

That last one really intrigued me because I was thinking CERN.
Any info or direction so I can research these things is appreciated. Google doesn't help with things like these lol.

These things are, however, staple subjects of fiction.

In regard to CERN, read up on the actual science (but not from social media, where there is nothing to differentiate fiction from reality). The researchers publish their findings quite comprehensively.

Would take a nuke of a fairly high mega-tonnage.

I'm betting a Nuclear Explosion under ground scales quite similarly to an Earth Quake on detection equipment .

When it comes to man made earthquakes, the use of Directed Energy Weapons is one to consider. HAARP was one of the earlier experiments in large power Phased Antenna Arrays. Since then this technology has become much more refined. A low power version in used in 5G.

When looking into it a decade ago, it took about three days of sending a ground penetrating signal into an area to cause enough underground heating to trigger an earthquake.

When it comes to using this technology in manipulating the weather, it started by measuring the radar signature of a weather event. When this radar signature was beamed back into the same area at a later time it does help induce similar weather conditions.

These kind of capabilities are not instantaneous like explosives, but over time the total amount of power sent into an area does add up.

Earthquakes:
I could have sworn one of the Why Files episodes talked about this one in passing, but I can't find the episode (or maybe I read it elsewhere?): specifically discussion of a scientist who correlates planetary alignments and sun-activity to when there will be another earthquake. If I recall correctly, this scientist has a way-above-average record for successfully predicting upcoming earthquakes in 5-10 day ranges. He was of course shut-down and drummed out of academia, because actual understanding is verboten, and if he had an accepted method of predicting NATURAL EARTHQUAKES, then the "unnatural" one might be more suspicious.

HAARP is implicated in weather-mods and weather-warfare, but it is also implicated in earthquake production. Phase-array microwaves can create a hot-spot on demand (works just like your microwave oven, but HAARP-type systems can be aimed in 3D space). HAARP itself has been superceded by newer equipment, so the original HAARP is now run by one of the Alaskan Universities for normal work. The newer systems seem to be the newest upgraded Doppler-Radar weather-radar systems all over the US, which just happen to have an "Eleven" setting. Fry a point in the air, and you can "drive" weather systems around by gaming the relative high/low-pressure systems, or radically change dew-points, etc. Fry a point underground, say along a known over-due fault-line, and you can get the pent-up rock stresses to unleash = earthquake. Warm rock is more likely to slip & slide than cold rock.

while not specifically the "portals" that you asked about, these last 2 (Gateway & Kozyrev) claim to let you travel space (Gateway) and time (Kozyrev)... and the additional equipment needed is cheap, like you can make your own setups for each of these and give them a shot in your spare time. Whether you have the (required) talent and practice to do them successfully is a different question.

Yes, fracking does cause earthquakes. As do geothermal plants, building dams and some other human activities. So I suppose I have to concede that the idea the "government" cause earthquakes is not so far fetched after all!

But 99% of the thousands of earthquakes that occur around the world every day are natural. Including all the big ones.
