Sometimes found on Asian Buffets and menus...
Depending on serving sizes/guests/left overs you'll have to use experience to figure the amounts
Rice flour
club soda
eggs
coconut oil
sweetened condensed milk
Shrimp(peeled)
In fry pan heat some coconut oil
in a small sauce pan add the sweetened condensed milk on low
in a mixing bowl combine the: rice flour, club soda and egg mix
drench and dredge the shrimp thoroughly coating them
add the shrimp to the hot oil in the pan cook until orange and crispy
drain the excess oil from the pan
stir in heated condensed milk enough to coat them
Be forewarned: Trying not to eat 50 lbs of this in one sitting is difficult.
