I am not quite as bad as 3 days but at least once every 10 days or so I have to eat red meat.

Tried supplements and yea it doesnt do squat, fatique, focus issues and weakness are some of my symptoms that make me pause and wonder when the last time I had meat was.

Eat a nice rare steak and I feel better and get more dialed in on life.

At first I played "protein roulette" beans, hard boiled eggs, cheese. But was still one of the "walking stupid" till I could get a few ounces of chicken or beef. Doesn't take much but it makes a world of difference! You're right suppliments didn't pick up the slack.

Und so ist's beim Oktobberfest ... with a pretzel, and cucumber sandwiches.

schnitzel holstein and jaeger schnitzels are great
shots of apple schnapps. roasted pig knuckle and sauerkraut, getting hungry.
