What we have is people who have no business being involved in the movie making business have become writers, producers, actors. Short on talent but big on connections because of political and social ideology. They can't give the people what they want in a movie, they can only tell them what they should want... which is woke trash. They want woke trash so that's what they make. Then when it doesn't sell, its the audiences and fans who are wrong. They're sexist, racist, homophobic, blah, blah, blah.
Think of them as barbarians at the gates of Rome. They'll go in an tear everything down but won't replace it. They destroyed Star Wars, they've destroyed Star Trek now they've destroyed Indiana Jones. They know money and manipulation but they have no artistic soul and no creativity. In 10 years they'll be making perverse movies and nothing but cheap remakes and the online reviewers will be lining up saying how great they are as they pocket $$$ for their fake reviews. Rotten Tomatoes is bought and sold and a joke.

Going against the grain here....I liked it; more than that, I thought it was really good. It was a middle of the pack Indiana Jones movie; not as good as Raiders or Crusade but better than Temple and Kingdom. What wasn't to like? Tons of action and adventure, exploring tombs, treasure, Nazis taking one on the chin. It's a solid 7 out of 10.
