Hello all,

What a disgrace seeing video's like this. I won't talk much before you watch the video.

Twitter

When you meet the president of The United States, isn't it common knowledge you should at least dress up a little bit? Your speach should be prepared and you should practice in the mirror a couple times. This video is concerning. Nobody seems to have a problem with these leaders, obviously not fit for the job, leading the states and country.

Are the real Americans being mocked? I can't imagine Joe six pack plumber guy is okay with this.

What is really going on here?

Brain dead would be a compliment. Someone said in a comment in another twitter thread, controlled destruction.

I hope everyone is prepared. If you think either of these men are in control of anything, you're wrong. Some other entity is in control. I'm fairly sure they won't have your best interest in heart.

If you need any more evidence that the 2022 election was rigged let me point you to “Exhibit A (hole)”…

Don’t get me wrong… this state has huge pockets of idiots… but there’s no way… I hope… because… seriously… how… 🤔

I’m honestly seriously considering doing the whole U.S. Senate deal… if PA was dumb enough to elect Fetterman they’re surely stupid enough to vote me in… I’m at least good looking and entertaining and know how to dress myself as well as speak in whole big boy sentences… 🤣

Are you aware that Fetterman had a stroke in May, 2022? I've heard him speak in the past, pre-stroke, and he sounded normal and at least as intelligent as the next politician. But agree that he does not come off well in this video. Have no problem with his clothes, though. That's his signature style, which didn't seem to bother over half the Pennsylvanian voters in the last election. Given his situation, though, he should've had prepared remarks written down and in hand. He came off dreadfully.

The Fetterman campaign was quite savvy to be able to get him elected with his speech and possible mental impediments. The Doc Oz campaign, on the other hand, wasn't as Oz lost to Fetterman.

But if you think this is bad, check-out recent videos of Dianne Feinstein, a.k.a. the Bride of Strom Thurmond.

For those of you who don't know, Strom Thurmond was a GOP senator who remained in the Senate until he was 100 years old. By the end of his tenure there, he could no longer speak or hear and had to be carried into the Senate chamber -- think Grandpa from the "Texas Chainsaw Massacre".

Retrospectively, a Senate aide stated that "for his last ten years, Thurmond didn't know if he was on foot or on horseback", while a 2020 New Yorker article stated that he was "widely known" by the end of his career to be "non-compos mentis".

Same could be said for former Dem. Robert Byrd.

Currently there are two other sitting senators who have recently suffered strokes, also both Democrats.

What it really boils down to is having the greater number of votes in the Senate, which is why the GOP went all-in with Herschel Walker.

And say what you want about Sclerotic Joe, he's still more on the ball than Ronald Reagan was by the last year or two of his second term, when, as we now know, he was suffering from Alzheimers.

Compared to the current crop, you are massively over qualified. If you do run for office, I'll vote for you.

I live in Kentucky, but by Democrat standards, I can still vote in your state.

Yes , pre-stroke .
Which does not mean one is qualified to hold office in the present .

My point was that it is not clear whether his current speaking ability reflects a downgrade in his other cognitive abilities as well. I acknowledge, however, that this is entirely possible. But as I also brought up, in this era of hyper partisanship, with many votes being along party lines, each party merely needs and wants the majority of heads/hands in the Senate, the quality of the senators be damned. I don't condone this, but I see why it is the case.

What I do find bothersome is that Fetterman is on a multitude of Senate committees and special committees. Not pleased that Feinstein is either, and I wonder about the two other Dem senators who have had strokes. But you know, I don't know who started the precedent of having cognitively unfit Senators retaining their seats, but in my time of being aware of it, the Republicans started doing so, and they even had Strom Thurmond run again when he most definitely was way past his best buy date.

I do think it would be political malpractice by the Dems to run Fetterman next time around, i.e. for the party to support him in the primary. But the circumstances in the last election were just very unfortunate, i.e. his having a stroke late in the campaign, after the primary.

However, Herschel Walker's Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy, a brain illness caused by repeated hits to the head, didn't keep Republicans from supporting him from the get-go in the Republican primary in Georgia -- and he only lost in a run-off election. To me, this was a would-be worse case than Fetterman, because the Georgia Republicans, knowing his mental issues, put him over the top in their primary. Whereas Pennsylvanian Democrats were stuck with him as the Senate candidate after his stroke because he had already won the primary.

You're accusing me of whataboutism even though I address the Fetterman issue fully, and said he shouldn't run again, and that the Dems shouldn't support him if he does? Yeah, I brought up Herschel Walker in the context of how with Fetterman it was unfortunate timing for his stroke and then the election, but pointed out that Republicans willfully chose Walker; it wasn't like he he came down with Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy after the GOP primary. Seems like a very pertinent point in this discussion. You really don't think it bears mentioning that Republicans chose in their primary a person with major cognitive issues whereas the Democrats were stuck with who they had already chosen? Then you just plain don't care for honest discussions. And clearly you have no defense of the Georgia Republicans making the brain-battered Walker their candidate for senator.

And if you read my previous post, I mentioned Senators on both sides of the aisle who have had strokes or have clearly had cognitive issues. I'm speaking about the matter much more honestly and objectively than anyone else here.

Moreover, unlike you Trump cultists, I won't be repeating myself over and over again in multiple posts with the same point about Herschel Walker, whereas you folk, ad nauseum, bring up Biden and his possible legals issues that pale in comparison to Trumps legal problems in threads about Trump and his very big legal issues even though there are already multiple threads about Biden and his legal issues.

Unlike you Trump cultists, I won't be making multiple threads regarding Herschel Walker and his mental unfitness to be made a candidate for Senator. Rather, I brought it up here once to contextualize the legitimate comparison of the two differing scenarios between Fetterman and Walker.

There is a major problem with vampires in this country and the only solution is werewolfs. Walker was the only person brave enough to talk about this pressing issue.
