Honestly, it'd be one hell of a show to watch if Trump was elected. I'd really like to see Tulsi Gabbard elected, but if there is no decent third party candidates, and its' biden vs Trump, i might consider voting for Trump.

Well, Trump was indicted for the stormy Daniels hush money payment, so….

And, Mueller had several indictments, including trumps campaign manager, who gave polling data on US citizens to Putin. DeSantis should use that when he goes after Trump, don’t you think?

What was it that Durham found again?

You were TOLD Biden cooperated... but we really don't know when they were actually found. We know we weren't told right away when they were, there needed an election to be done, and a raid on MAL to be conducted first.

Pence is the only one I believe fully cooperated.

Hillary didn't either. She destroyed evidence under subpoena. And Huma forwarded all of it to her home laptop where her perv husband got ahold of it.

But the standard was set, 'no reasonable prosecutor'.

Hey, it's not a whatabout when its a legal precedent.

hey isnt it weird, what is with the prosecuters going for charges in the 30s? 34 in stormy case,32 in MAL case. its a little weird. almost like they are made up. COhens going to get a huge pay day for lying and admitting to something that wasnt really a crime.

Nobody has been able to explain to me the difference between 'hush money' and 'blackmail payment'.

Apparently a court found Stormy in the wrong...

The only problem Trump has is the accounting column he entered the payment into. Was it legal 'fees' or legal 'services'? What are NDA's usually listed as?

Not anything a democrat should get their panties in a bunch over! Not after Bill Clinton, JFK, and now Biden pawing little girls.

Correct, a bunch of Trump associates got in hot water over their personal income taxes and loan applications when the DoJ muscled them to turn on Trump.

Should we hold you responsible for crimes your gardener may have committed?

Errrm, that isn't a legal precedent.

He wasn't done for paying hush money. It was for lying about it.

He could have, and probably was in the process of sorting thru them.

That was a bunch of boxes for 31 classified docs. FBI said 200 at one point. Did they lie? Why only 31?

Durham pretty much came back with a tie.

But nothing was found to indicate Trump had any kind of arrangement with Russia to do anything.

Lying about it to who?

I don't remember he has been under oath at all. I haven't heard he has been charged with perjury either.

Precedent isn't a whataboutism. That's a made up word anyway that means, what what I say, not what I do. LOL

I follow my own rules, not yours.

It is when it's in the court of public opinion and fair play. We see it clearly.

Why do you GAF?

a reply to: CoyoteAngels

Court of public opinion is not a legal precedent.

Because I care about justice, what with being involved in the justice system and stuff?

I can GAF about whatever I like.

Don't need your permission, thanks.

Read the indictments.

You don't need to be under oath for what he's being accused of.

Speaking of which, how come no one on Trumps side got immunity?

Interesting, no?
