Lawyer Daniel Sheehan tells DailyMail.com that a whistleblower told him of a crashed UFO recovered by the US military that 'distorted space-time'
'They had a guy go into it and it was the size of a football stadium, while the outside was only about 30 feet in diameter.' Sheehan said.
'He staggered back out after being in there a couple of minutes, and outside it was four hours later,' he said.
'There was all kinds of time distortion and space distortion.
If true, this would be a fascinating find, with tons of uses for our species, would it not?

A craft that is really large (internally) and manipulates time (internally), could be the equivalent of a little town with hundreds of occupants that travels between star systems in what would appear (to the occupants) to be a relatively short amount of time.
If true, this would be a fascinating find, with tons of uses for our species, would it not?

Sadly, I fear if our species got its hands on this kind of technology it wouldn't be long before they used it in a very negative way.
It does bring to mind our interpretations of ancient writings and legends, like the vimāna.
'Vimāna are mythological flying palaces or chariots described in Hindu texts and Sanskrit epics'.

Thanks for posting this document, this is some interesting stuff.
Maybe NASA could use such a craft to visit the moon.

The question to ask is was the writer of Dr. Who told about this craft, and that's where the idea came from

The real question is, was the inside actually inside the outside of the craft or just a room on its home world? The craft could just be transportation and support for the doorway to the home world.
They send the doorway craft to wherever they want but no one actually travels until it is already where they want to go. Just step through to your destination without having to go there to build a Stargate.
This would also explain the time discrepancy. Time is running at a different rate on that home world.
Did that guy try any other doors from the inside?
It's a natural result of using General Relativity/Spacetime warping technology. Check out page 8 of this Defense Intelligence Reference Document from 2009 where Hal Puthoff discusses spatial alteration:
