www.nimbacreations.com... Looks a little like this creature that was seen by eyewitnesses in Varginha 1996

Gee, it is getting bad, cameras everywhere. You can't even take a leak or take a dump in the woods anymore without someone taking videos of you these days.

I have 3 immediate problems with this video.

Trail cams are usually not at eye level, since they can be easily discovered and interfered with.
The 3 digit hands have no real animation and are limp.
The 2 blinks when the "creature" is startled seem a little too cute.

With what production media has been able to do in rendering sci-fi creatures, it certainly looks like this would be doable. Video of anything is questionable in todays tech, so we can never use any tape or film as absolute evidence.

How long is the original, and is there video of it entering or exiting the scene?

I'm not a doctor, but you got some serious issues out there in the woods that needs to get looked at.

That is a good point. I have said a number of times are we get these snippets and never see the before or after the video. If there were 20 mins before or after show us what it was. We also are at a point we need layers of other information such as 10 people saw it and 5 were able to get a video of it. Or, how about mult cam shots over X days? 20 seconds and nothing else means nothing...

I did a lot of camping out in the woods when I was young. Now, I take toilet paper when I am out there, don't want to be grabbing poison ivy or poison oak leaves to wipe your butt with when you get old and your vision is not as good as it used to be.

Plus digging a hole for a latrine gets a little more laborsome when you get over sixty five. I live in the woods in a house with a toilet these days but still pee near the trees to fertilize them quite often. No cameras at our house. The two daughters think peeing in the woods is primitive yet their husbands are always watering the trees around here when they come visit.

I have been retired for a few years now, as I was a senior systems engineer working for the government on military contracts. I will not say where.

I remember about 6 or 7 years ago there were engineering groups working on an encryption scheme and camera hardware that would guarantee that any original video image taken by a device with this technology could be encoded with a geographical and astronomical "key" that would authenticate it, and prove that it was taken by a device, at a location, at a date/time, and many other facts.

I have not heard of this going any further. The military was definitely interested in it, and I would speculate that a lot of money was spent as well in its development.

Does anyone here on ATS know anything about this, or perhaps even worked on such a project? For sure, we really need something like this in this day and age.

In the drone world, we call this meta data...

No, I am not talking about meta data like EXIF. This was supposed to be really sophisticated encryption of the entire image stream where the video was only decipherable using the technology.

I didn't know trail cameras took movies. I thought they were strictly still image devices.

And even for trail camera standards, the quality of the video isn't much good. Maybe intentional to obscure any detail, maybe?

This is looking like CGI to me, the last moment feels like it gave everything away.
Looking forward to see the corridor crew or CD break it down for us

It is CG. Not real.

The movement is mathematically perfect. It all moves at the same speed. Different parts of a body move at different speeds or not at all. This is someone’s student film. a reply to: play4keeps

Why? We already encrypt the video feed.

I don't know if this matters or not, but, it struck me as odd that it was perfectly framed in the shot the entire time. I don't know much about trail cams, but I don't think they zoom in by themselves. Is it possible the video was centered and zoomed post-recording? If that is the case I would like to see raw footage for myself...

That looks 100% CGI ... good find though, but def not real in my opinion.
Plus with A.I applications like Midjourney etc who knows what is real anymore !

All the best
