I guess Trump should have thought about that before he willfully ignored a subpoena.

I guess this video has more meaning now.

Is it known where this plane went?

Donald Trump boards a plane loaded with heavy file boxes two days after federal agents asked about missing documents in re-surfaced 2021 video.

As advertised.www.cnn.com...

This is quite funny.
Nothing except hearsay and a few nothingburgers.
Whatever CNN paid this guy for the interview, they really got ripped off. 🤣

It is real sad when they have to parade a guy like this.

Denial is even sadder.

He is not your friend, although for a large portion of humanity he was made to seem that way

He is Antichrist, come to reap a long-ripening crop − the White American Christian Right (all denominations) − for Satan.

Denial of what? So, after all of this time the case hinges on a guy who said he loaded some banker boxes?

There was a hearing today for Cannon to hear arguments on Trump's motion to have all charges dismissed due to "constitutional vagueness."

If you want to know how lacking Trump's argument was, Cannon has already denied the motion.

One of two motions denied, as expected.

www.cbsnews.com...

We could see a scaling back of the charges (like what happened in Georgia) and/or a substantial delay for beginning the Documents trial. (Now set for May 8th)

We already know there's going to be a delay. Cannon is dogwalking this to after the election and doing it in such a way to prevent any of the other judges from scheduling their cases.

"President Trump was still the President of the United States when, for example, many of the documents at issue were packed (presumably by the GSA), transported, and delivered to Mar-A-Lago," Trump's team argued in its filing. Past precedent should have prevented prosecutors from opening a criminal investigation in the first place, they said, which would also disqualify the obstruction charges he faces.

So we have said this all along. He did not pack what was sent to Mar-a-Lago. If that is the case, it should be determined whether or not what was sent was declassified.

She asked Trump's attorney, "When does it become unauthorized? Trump lawyer Emil Bove replied that charges under Statute 793 of the Espionage Act should be dismissed because the government cannot establish his lack of authorization.

Trump's very removal of the records constituted an act of designating them to be personal records, he asserted.

This is true. The government has never said he could not have them just that they were classified. This again seems to be the reason they will not 'share' evidence which I thought was pretty basic law.

In the 1963 decision in Brady v. Maryland, the U.S. Supreme Court held that in a criminal case, the accused has a constitutional right to discover exculpatory evidence held by the prosecution.

We to this day still do not know exactly what is in the documents. Only things that have 'leaked' or was overheard.

The judge is taking her time to make sure she does not do the incorrect thing unlike the crypt keeper in NY. He should be removed when it is overturned.

You honestly think that's it?

When witnesses testify and get cross examined -- they tend to make conflicting mistakes.

When they're telling the truth -- they don't.

Correct. However, why did he go on CNN? If he has the goods he just screwed the case.

There is nothing wrong with CNN.

I remember when the finger pointing started. FOX not CNN was slammed for sensationalized misleading news. FOX not CNN. Then the MAGA retaliation began.

Cheers to you

Sorry. He went to the media. It reminds me of the girl who was so happy because she was on the Trump Grand Jury.

There is no such thing as MAGA retaliation. Do you have some videos of this?

He was interviewed on a news station after getting permission to do so.

And YES! There was MAGA retaliation against CNN.

If you only look at one side of the news — you only know one side of the news.

Unlike soap opera FOX ENTERTAINMENT.

CNN actually presents the news.

Enough. Drifting.
