Well, If they're willing to seriously go after Trump and prevent him from running. Then they should apply equality and go after Biden for all the BS he has been involved in.

As much as Trump's stupidity deserves to be punished a bit, It's going to feel very poltiically motivated to a lot of people if Trump recieves jail time or is prevented from running. Which will do a lot more harm than good.

Just imagine how rabid people would be if he used bleach-bit on illegal servers and smashed cell phones and tablets with hammers after they were under subpoena. Yeah. Still do not get it. Trump did nothing wrong. It will come out in court. Again, if there was any REAL evidence of espionage they should have arrested him under the Patriot Act and held him in jail. If he was such a threat why would he be left to run around and cause more mischief. I have already said if he did something as they are stating that they should have used the Patriot Act, locked him up and could keep him there are long as they wanted. Espionage? For what? Power? He is a billionaire who was already President. There is nothing else he needs to exude power.
