there is legal precedent for this yes, does that make it right?
I could show many examples of legal precedent that was established and later thrown out, mostly due to change in political leadership agendas and big big pockets, but that still doesnt make it right

isnt this how we ended up with special interest groups that fight for and against legislation, like the NRA or NAACP?
we would definitely get a more clear picture if we asked one of them these questions, just be prepared for political and special interest bias
