What if they are us! Our cousins who come from the original planet that humans evolved on.

Aliens are here and they look exactly like us. Can you imagine the chaos and mistrust that would create. Or would be just go on with their lives and not care?

Indeed, the true monsters are us.

They most likely do look like us because they are us from the future. That might explain why things are so weird now because they time traveled from the year 9000 or something.

If we were to think aliens have started live on Earth then they would use their dna samples as a base.
Then sure we will resemble them despite differences where the nature took its course in given environment.

I am not a huge fan of Whitley Shreiber, but in his fictional book “The Greys” he puts forth an interesting storyline where the “Nordics” are actually humans from a lost previous human civilization originating on earth that had colonized nearby star systems, and our long lost brethren were checking up on us and protecting us from other true aliens with somewhat nefarious plans for us, ie the greys. That idea makes more sense to me than independently evolved extra solar Homo sapiens. Food for thought.

I wanted to say that I watched a documentary years ago which mentioned that the Aliens are actually us but from the future. So basically they are human but advanced and they are our future, if that makes sense?
